Hey guys. Long time no see, yeah? So, I haven't exactly updated this book yet, and had thought that I should address as to why I haven't. It's very simple, and kind of dumb. When I started this, I didn't think it would gain a lot of readers, and when it did, I was genuinely surprised. Of course, that didn't stop me from making chapters and posing them on a certain day of the week.
But the progress started to slow down as soon as I got a job. I just never had time for it because my family and I were very desperate for money. We were on the verge of getting evicted from our apartment, so, I took the responsibility of getting a job myself to help. I'm going to fill you in on some of the things that have happened, which is kind of me just venting a little.
It's not that I've forgotten, because I do plan on finishing this book, one way or another. Well, to make a long story short, my older sister, that was living with us, decided to secretly move out. She had also tried to take her kids with her, which you would probably believe is okay. But the thing is, my older sister isn't stable, like mentally stable.
And she had decided to try and sneak her way somewhere else with her children, wanting to live with child predators. And, when she left (obviously not with her kids), we were left in a very tight position. My mom has lots of medical issues, which makes her not able to work. I have other siblings, but their job wasn't able to provide enough money.
And so, I also got a job to provide for my family. That's why I haven't posted in so long. This book just wasn't top priority. But I'm proud to say that we aren't as tight any longer, and I now am only working part-time instead of full time. I do have time to write now. I just hope you (the reader) didn't believe this was a lost cause.
I apologize for not updating, but life was hectic for quite a while. Since everything is stable, as of now, I'll begin working on the next chapter right away. It might take time to get everything in order, but I'm sure you'll be seeing the next chapter soon.
