"But you want me to continue fighting and try to beat you again, right? But first we have to work together to find a way you can win, so you feel good about your victory." Hanzo said, his eyebrow twitching. "Is that right?"

"Yeah!"

"Moron!" Hanzo yells, punching Gon. I started to chuckle quietly. Hanzo then proceeds to say he lost and that Gon might not want to take his hunter's license. I stretch my arms up, not really ready to fight Killua. Then it was round 2. Kurapika vs Hisoka. It didn't really go that fast, considering the pedo-clown only whispered to Kurapika.

Hisoka forfeits the match, making the next one come along. Hanzo against Pokkle. Pokkle gave in, not being able to endure the pain like Gon could. The fourth match, Hisoka did the same thing only for Bodoro to forfeit instead. It was getting boring. I didn't realize how long it would take for all the matches to be complete.

It was now time for the fifth match. "Ah fuck..." I whispered, only to get nudged by Kurapika. I take a deep breath and hand my bag to the blonde. He took it and held my bag to his chest. "Good luck." Kurapika said. Him saying that made me even more nervous. I slowly walk to the middle, seeing Killua also walking there.

"Ermm... Before we start-." I hear Killua hum as he finally makes it to his side, standing a few feet in front of me. "Just try not to break my bones. I don't want to end up like Gon." I said. My voice was shaky. 'Get it together (y/n)! You can at least try!' I take another deep breath, hearing the guy say we can start.

This fight was totally one sided. I knew that Killua was stronger than me. I was thinking about how Netero was a little shit for putting me up against Killua. "I got a question, (y/n)." I bite my lip as I see Killua take a step forward. "I thought I said no more questions." I said, still hearing my voice all shaky.

"That was yesterday. And it's only one." Killua said, taking another step closer. I back up a bit. "Then ask already..." I said. Killua stared at me, making me even more nervous.

"How hard can you kick?"

"I have no idea. I kicked Leorio during the second phase but..." I trail off, not liking this. "Let me see. Kick me." Killua said, walking closer to me. I just stood there in surprise. 'What the fuck is he doing...' I thought. "Why would I kick you? You're just going to catch my foot." I said.

"Would ya just do it?"

"You seriously confuse me sometimes, Killua. Fine." Killua finally was standing in front of me. Of course, it wasn't too close, I had room to kick him in the stomach. "Are you sure?" I ask, making sure he wasn't going to change his mind. "Yup." I sigh and quickly kick his stomach as hard as I could, watching as he flies across the room and land on his back.

I knew that it couldn't have hurt him. "What was that supposed to prove?" I ask, yelling because the albino boy was across the room. I hear a whistle come from the teenage adult. "That had to of hurt." Leorio said. I ignore him and watch Killua flip himself up. "I give up! That hurt!" Killua yells, kicking himself back up on his feet.

"What?!" I yell back, clearly annoyed. "I said I give!" Killua yelled again. "I heard what you said! Are you kidding me?!" I then speed walk towards the white-haired boy and grab his collar, pulling him down to my level. "No way in hell did that hurt. You are gonna give me a fair fight and that's that!" I scream in his face, seeing him get annoyed.

"I don't wanna fight you, though..." Killua whispered, making me loosen my grip on his collar. "You don't need to go easy on me, Killua..." I whisper back. "I know but..." I was actually touched. His eyes told no lies. "Just let me give up." Killua whispered again. I sigh and slowly let his collar go.

"Are you sure you want to give up?"

"Yup. I give."

"The winner is... (Y/n)!" I sigh. I couldn't believe Killua did that. If only I could have foreseen this. Killua now has 2 more chances to pass. His fight with Pokkle would come first, and if he forfeits before the fight starts then he'll fight Illumi. 'Fuck...' I thought.

           =====

"Wait! Killua!" I run out the door, knowing how wrong it was. I knew I shouldn't have followed him. But I did. I catch my breath, stopping a few feet away from the white-haired boy. He wasn't himself. After fighting Illumi, he had killed Bodoro. "Stay away from me..." Killua said quietly. I knew I should've listened. But didn't.

"You never listened to me. Like hell I'll do the same." I said, finally standing up straight and staring at the boy. I walk a little closer to him, seeing his nails are still sharpened. I was cautious but apparrently not cautious enough, because Killua then grabbed my neck and pushed me up against the tree. I stare at him, surprised that he laid a hand on me.

Although, I probably shouldn't have been. I was provoking him after all. "Listen, you can kill me if you want but I just didn't want you to be alone before you left." I said. I wasn't really afraid; I was more in shock than anything else. It did hurt though. I could already feel the blood drip down my hoodie.

"Just know... Gon will be coming for you." I close my eyes, getting ready for Killua to slice my throat. It never came but I was expecting it. "Idiot..." Killua whispered, making me chuckle quietly. "I guess you're right on that. I mean, I did chase after you."

Killua let go of my neck, making me open my eyes. "I'll be waiting then..." The albino boy then takes his leave. "(Y/n)! Are you alright?!" I look behind me to see Kurapika and Leorio running my way. Kurapika then grabs my face with both hands, acting like a concerned mother. "Your neck is bleeding. Are you hurt anywhere else?"

Was this what Gon and Killua felt with them? I sigh and feel a tear slip down my cheek. "Leorio, why don't you bandage his neck." Kurapika said. I look down at my feet, more tears falling down. 'Why am I crying...? There is no reason too.' I thought. "Does it hurt, (y/n)? Don't worry, Leorio will bandage your neck."

Kurapika then wraps his arms around my small frame, making even more tears fall. 'I shouldn't be crying. Killua is the one who deserves a good cry.' I thought, wrapping my arms around Kurapika's waist. I've screwed a lot of things up. And now I feel as if everything that has happened so far was a mistake.

I was the mistake...
