"Killua, Gon, Zushi, and (y/n). Ah, there we are. Hand me your tickets, please." The lady says, making all four of us hand over our tickets. Once she takes them, she hands us our prize money. Killua takes all of the envelopes, then passes them to each of us. I sniff, opening mine and taking out the coins.

"152 jenny..." Gon says, sounding a bit disappointed. "On this floor, you make just enough for a juice, win or lose. But on all of the other floors here, a loss gets you nothing." Killua said, opening the soda he bought. I decided to also buy myself something. I walk over and put my coins in, pressing a random drink.

I ignore Killua who was explaining how much you get if you win on this floor. "Why'd you get that one?" Killua asks, now looking back at me. "I didn't know what to choose. I mean, it's a waste if I don't like it. But that's my problem." I said, grabbing the drink and opening it. That was actually an excuse. This particular drink won't hurt my skinny stomach.

I could really go for some (f/d) though. I take a sip, glancing over at the white-haired boy who was also taking a big gulp of his drink. I cringe at the bitterness of mine but decided to still drink it. 'I don't even know what I got...' I thought. I only read the stuff about the drink, not even bothering to check what it was.

"The 100th floor, I think you get a million." Killua said, making Gon and Zushi look at each other in disbelieve. "Once you're past the 150th floor, you get ten million."

"Ten million?! Didn't you make it to 200th floor before?"

"Whoa! The 200th floor?" Zushi asks, not wanting to believe it. I sigh and lean on Killua's back, taking a drink of my nasty beverage. The albino boy didn't seem to mind. "How much do you get for winning on the 200th floor?" Gon asks. "To tell you the truth, I don't actually know that because I quit pretty much as soon as I qualified for it." Killua replied.

I feel Killua move his hand and grips onto my hip, making sure I wouldn't fall on my ass. I was feeling a bit tired. Taking another drink, I start to feel a bit nauseous. 'Am I getting sick?' I thought, covering my mouth just in case I did vomit. As Killua continues to explain how much he got on the 190th floor, I tried not to puke.

'It could be the drink.' I thought once more. The drink was seriously nasty. It would make sense that I would want to vomit after drinking most of it. Instead of continuing, I toss the drink into a nearby trashcan. It was close enough for me to throw it. "Hey. Let's head up to the waiting room. We got through our matches unscathed on the first floor."

Killua then held onto my hip tighter, already feeling me slip off his back. He then explains that they might give us another match today. That was when he scowls down at me, "Come on, (y/n), I can't hold you." Killua finally said. "Sorry..." I quietly say, still not feeling so hot. "Is something wrong?" Gon asked, walking over and staring at my face.

"Nothing is wrong. Let's go." I said again, finally standing up straight. "I'll hold you up." I then felt a hand grab onto my arm, helping me stand straight. "I'm a big boy, Killua." I say, looking at him nervously. "Whatever." I shake my head, making Killua start walking with me.

           =====

Killua leads us to a room full of competitors. In person, they are actually pretty intimidating. Following the albino boy inside, we hear him say, "Well, if these guys are our opponents, it'll be a cinch." I sit down on the bench, watching Killua sit next to me. In the show, Gon was the one sitting next to him.

I look over and see Killua cross his legs. 'The way he sits is seriously cute...' I thought. "Just take it easy." Killua said, staring at Gon. I lean back and close my eyes. I started to feel better after a couple minutes. Since I felt better so quickly, it made me think it was my nasty drink. 'Last time I'll ever get that.'

As the boys' talk amongst each other, I bite my lip. I wondered who I would be fighting. I just hoped I could kick them and knock them down.

"2054, Mister Killua."

"Hey, I'm already up." Killua said, looking up at the speaker.

"And 1963, Mister Zushi."

I hum, hearing Zushi make a sound of surprise. The announcer then says for the two boys to head down to the arena for their fight. "Osu! I am honored to face you!" Zushi said, giving Killua a slight bow. Killua only put his hand up, saying, "I bet. Well, you can't win 'em all." The albino boy then stands up.

"Better luck next time, right? Catch ya later, Gon." Killua said, walking away with Zushi following. "Yeah. Best of luck to both of you guys!" Gon said, watching the boys walk away. I sigh and lay my head on Gon's shoulder. "You feeling alright, (y/n)? Are you going to be able to fight?" I nod, not wanting to use my voice.

"Are you sure?" Gon asks again, trying to make sure. "I'll be fine. I'm honestly just tired. You and Killua have so much energy that I can't even keep up. I just hope I can win and lay down afterward." I replied, closing my eyes.

"2056, Mister (y/n) and 1969, Miss Himari. Please head to Arena C on the 58th floor."

"Oh, (y/n), you're up." Gon says. I was nervous but as long as I could kick, then I should be fine. "Yeah... I'll see you on the floor above... Right?" I say, giving Gon a small smile. "Definitely! You got this, (y/n)!" I pat his shoulder, standing up and finally walking out. I sniff and walk into the elevator, seeing as a girl was already inside.

I stand next to her, looking at the buttons that were now interesting. "You must be my opponent. Nice to meet you. I'm Himari." I glance over at the girl, seeing as she was taller. "Yeah, uh nice to meet you." I said, trying to be polite. "So, are you really a boy? You don't look like one." Himari said, making me flinch.

I give her a glare, not wanting to deal with this. "I am a boy. And I would really appreciate it if you wouldn't say that." I watch as she gives me a smug look, pissing me off. "Why get so mad? I'm only being honest." Himari said. Finally, the elevator dings, forcing us to get off. "Don't piss me off." I said, walking away and going into my side of the arena...
