Phoenix's POV Phoenix woke up and remembered that last night she hadn't even taken her makeup off or her dress. She went to her bathroom and had a shower and got all the makeup off then she went and got a simple red dress.

And choose some simple black heals even though she knew she was going to fall in them but whatever. She teleported down to the kitchen and made some food. She grabbed out her imparter.
"Hail the Princess Bodyguard" Cam picked up straight away. "Meet you in my office I'll be there in a minute, we have a prank to plan" "Of course see you soon" she hung up and teleported to her office and sat down at her chair. Cam burst into the room a couple seconds later with a grin on her face. "So what's the plan mighty Phoenix" she told Cam the plans and they waited until 12pm an hour before the speech. They snacked for a while it was 12pm but they wanted to make it worse so they wouldn't even have time to fix it and do it 15 minutes before the speech she grabbed out her spy ball and said the names of the 7 councillors she wanted to see the 7 of them were in Emery's office this was the perfect time she clicked her fingers and conjured the slime onto their hair.
They were shouting and shrieking she heard Emery say in the noise. "PHOENIX!!!"he was shouting his head off well at least he know's who's this smart. "What are we supposed to do we can't go to the meeting like this" Zarnia said pointing at their 'beautiful' hair. "Call Elwin and Kesler they'll know what to do" the plan was going exactly as they had planned it.
Ramia and Zarnia hailed them and a couple minutes later they were both yelling. "You can't be serious you have to have a cure surly" There was muffled talking "Great now we have to go to the meeting looking like an imp" "Wait a second Zarnia this will just ruin our hair even more after the hours pass and we can't fix it" Noland said softly because of his voicearater ability.
