Della had gone home after they had watched the movie, snacked and chattted for a couple hours. Della had tried cheering up Phoenix but nothing would change her heart and her mind, her memory that Oscar was gone, was dead.
Phoenix's POV
Phoenix woke up to her mother sitting on her bed next to her holding a scroll with the in-famous councillor stamp on it.
"Morning mum" as she sat up
"Morning Phoenix, do you know why the councillors were here yesterday and why there was a scroll sent out. Also why don't you have your ability restrictor on surely the council hasn't let you be free, also why hasn't Oscar been over here and why's there so much green in here like isn't everyone that you know alive except for Alina" she said the last part as she starred around the green filled room.
"All shall be revealed in the scroll and some of it might come as a shock, where's dad?"
"He's on another assignment for the council. Do you want to open the scroll"
"I guess even though I already know what it's going to say and when was it supposed to be opened"
"Of course you do and it was supposed to be opened about 6 minutes ago" Sophie handed the scroll to her. Phoenix opened with her mum looking over her shoulder.
To the Elves of the Lost Cites,
We are very sad to announce that one of the most powerful Telepaths has been murdered. We haven't been able to figure out who has done this heart braking thing. Oscar Talbot was an incredible elf that was loyal, brave, determinated, bold and wise (literally just the Hogwarts house traits combined) and also was an amazing Congate. Oscar's wanderling will be planted in 2 days time next to the lake.
Another heart braking thing, Phoenix Olive Foster has stepped down as a regent for the council. Pursuing her life as a teenager and she will no longer be wearing an ability restrictor because it doesn't even work on her (annoyingly) not even a little bit.

"I'm so sorry Phoenix" her mum said as she scooped Phoenix into a bone crushing hug.
"I'll live" all of a sudden she felt painfully nauseous she bounced out of her mums arms and ran for her bathroom throwing up in the toilet.
"You ok" her mum asked who had ran after her
"I'll go see Elwin but it's probably nothing"
"When you say that, it normally ends in you almost dying. I'm starred to think that you like almost dying"
"It's kind of natural for me to be that way" she went into her closet and put her school uniform on and grabbed her sachtel and teleported to the healing centre but put on her school cape instead of her regent one, she didn't put her circlet on she didn't even put on her head girl badge.
"Well if it isn't my best patient and the one that keeps me on my feet all day" obviously not wanting to talk about Oscar's death Elwin studied her before asking "where's your bodyguards?"
"They're having a rest for a couple weeks because been my bodyguard has to be a tiring job"
"And I don't believe that you've come to talk about your bodyguards or something that's reassuring for once"
"No i don't, I have a question" she paused making tension in the room before continuing
"I was wondering what would happen if someone around 18 was pregnant, what would happen to them"
"Are you saying your pregnant Phoenix"
"It's only a guess but most likely yes"
"Who's the father"
"Oscar" she whispered
"I see and I'm guessing this happened on Tuesday night when you went to a party along with a heap of other year 8's"
"Yes it was but Elwin you need to know I was drugged by someone"
"Well I wouldn't think you would commit that act with your own choices"
"Elwin I need to know will I die from this?"
"It's most likely but don't stress the amount of times that you have scraped nearly dying"
The doors of the healing centre burst open with the whole inter council walking into the room.
"You're pregnant!!!" Emery screamed in her face. Elwin just stood there awestruck at the councillor's entrance.
"Well hello Council that loves eavesdropping and then barging in" she said to them
"Who drugged you" Bronte demanded
"Ehhh most likely Louis Brownlie"
"THAT LITTLE BITCH I WILL KILL HIM!!!"
"Bronte calm down" Kenric said holding him back from going insane
"How can I be calm when someone made her get pregnant!!"
