(Marian's POV)

The whole night was raining heavily. Harry, Ron, Hermione and I were sitting in the library, discussing what had happened. Well me, Harry and Hermione were. Ron hadn't said one word the whole time.

After the teachers meeting, Harry and I went straight to Hermione and Ron who we found from the library.

"How did this even happen? Harry didn't put his name in the goblet."

"Maybe someone else put it in." I spoke up.

"Malfoy?" Hermione wondered. "No, he wouldn't have got through the age line."

"I don't think any of the Slytherins would have done it."

"How did this happen then? I didn't do it. I didn't ask anyone to put my name in it. Someone else must have done it." Harry spoke angrily.

"Don't worry Harry." Hermione spoke gently but determined. "We're going to help you."

The next day from the champions' choosing I was just coming from the Great Hall after breakfast when someone appeared in front of me out of nowhere and almost gave me a heart attack.

"Miss Weasley was it?" The tall witch with blonde hair and dressed in lime green rather tight dress spoke up.

"Erm yes. What can I do for you?" I asked politely.

"I'm Rita Skeeter." She took my hand in her own to shake it. "And I would like to write about you."

"You want to write about... me? Where?"

"To the Daily Prophet of course. You are the new news here in Hogwarts besides this tournament. The first student counselor ever in Hogwarts. So, about the story?"

"Absolutely not." I laughed uncomfortably. "I'm sorry but I don't want anything written about me." I started to walk away from the woman but Skeeter stopped me again.

"Why? Do you have some skeletons in the closet? Dark secrets you don't want to tell and the world to know?" She smirked.

"No. I don't have any dark secrets. Or any secrets."

"But-"

"Like I said. No. Have a good night." And I was able to walk away from her without her trying to follow me again.

I was sitting in my office when a knock came from the door and it opened before I could even stand up from my chair.

"Professor Snape. What can I do for you?" I smiled slightly. He took a step to his left and there stood a fifth year Gryffindor student while looking rather terrified. "What has happened?" I asked Severus and then looked at the fifth year Gryffindor student who almost shook from fear while standing next to the potions master.

"Mr. Selston here has used magic outside of school and a muggle has been a witness." Severus explained to me.

"Very well." I nodded. "And what is going to happen now?"

"Two wizards from the ministry from the Obliviator Headquarters are coming here to see Mr. Selston." He spoke darkly.

When Severus said that, I could see the poor Gryffindor shake like a leaf so I quickly continued talking.

"What professor Snape means is that the wizards from the Obliviator Headquarters have obliviated the muggle and now they want to talk to you."

"So t-they aren't going to obliviate m-me?" The student stuttered, pale from fear.
