Hades sat in his chambers, deep in thought, when a shadow passed through the room. He looked up to see Nyx, the primordial goddess of the night, standing before him. Her long, flowing black hair seemed to blend into the darkness around her, and her eyes, deep as the night sky, glimmered with a knowing look. Her presence was both calming and commanding, a perfect embodiment of the night itself.
Hades nodded, his face etched with worry. "Yes, but I can't think of a way to do it without causing more harm."
Nyx stepped closer, her ethereal form shimmering in the dim light. "I have a plan, but it will require precision and secrecy. We are going to help Andre fake his death using a clone."
Hades' eyes widened in surprise. "A clone? Where would we get one?"
Nyx's lips curled into a confident smile. "From the shadows, of course. I can create a clone from the essence of the night. It will look and feel like Andre but will be lifeless. The key is to ensure Zeus believes it."
Hades leaned forward, intrigued but cautious. "How do we swap Andre with the clone without Zeus noticing?"
Nyx's expression remained confident. "We need a distraction, something significant enough to pull Zeus away. I suggest we stage a minor rebellion in the Underworld. Nothing too dangerous, just enough to require Zeus' attention. His ego won't let him ignore it."
Hades nodded thoughtfully. "That could work. But how do we get the clone into Andre's room without being seen?"
Nyx's eyes gleamed with determination. "Leave that to me. I can manipulate the shadows to create a temporary portal. You will enter through the shadows and place the clone in Andre's bed. I'll handle the timing and ensure no one sees you."
Hades felt a surge of hope. "And where will Andre be during this?"
Nyx's eyes softened. "He will be hidden in a secret chamber within the Underworld, a place even Zeus does not know about. Once the clone is in place and Zeus believes Andre is dead, we will slowly integrate him into the Underworld society, safe from Zeus' reach."
Hades took a deep breath, the plan solidifying in his mind. "It's risky, but it's the best chance we have. When do we start?"
Nyx's expression turned resolute. "Tomorrow night. Zeus will be in a deep sleep after his excesses at the party. I'll begin creating the clone now. You prepare for the distraction. We must be in perfect sync."
Hades nodded, determination in his eyes. "Thank you, Nyx. I owe you."
Nyx smiled, her dark eyes reflecting the flickering flames of Hades' chambers. "We all owe each other in times of need. Now, let's save that mortal."
Together, they continued to refine their plan, their determination unyielding. They knew the risks, but they also knew that saving Andre was worth it. The journey was far from over, but they had taken the first step.
