Arav, Prachi, Saurav, and Subham walk into the canteen and see Summer and Sriya sitting together. Saurav suddenly pushes Prachi towards Arav, and he moves to the side with Subham. Prachi understands the assignment and gets closer to Arav. Subham and Arav understand what’s happening but don’t say anything.]
Prachi: (Holding Arav’s hand) Let’s go sit with them.
[They walk towards Summer and Sriya. Summer sees Prachi and Arav so close and feels a bit awkward but doesn’t say anything. Saurav and Subham notice Summer’s reaction.]
Sriya: (Cheerfully) Hi, guys!
Arav: (Smiling) Hey, Sriya.
Summer: (Trying to smile) Hi, Prachi. Hi, Arav.
[They all sit down together. Subham sits next to Summer, while Arav and Prachi sit together.]
Saurav: (Grinning) So, what’s everyone having for lunch?
Sriya: (Smiling) I was thinking of getting a sandwich. What about you, Summer?
Summer: (Distracted) Uh, yeah, a sandwich sounds good.
Prachi: (Looking at Arav) What about you, Arav?
Arav: (Smiling at Prachi) I think I’ll get a sandwich too.
Subham: (Teasing) Wow, we’re all on the same page today.
Saurav: (Laughing) It’s a sandwich day!
Everyone laughs, breaking the tension a bit. Summer glances at Arav and Prachi, still feeling a bit uneasy about the closeness but trying to focus on the conversation.
Sriya: (Noticing the mood) So, how was everyone’s morning classes?
Summer: (Forcing a smile) They were good. Busy, as usual.
Arav: (Nodding) Same here. Lots of work.
Prachi: (Smiling) Yeah, but it’s always nice to have a break and catch up with everyone.
Subham: (Grinning) Definitely. Break time is the best time.
They continue chatting, with Saurav and Subham occasionally glancing at Summer to see his reactions.after the break all of them go to their respective classroom. While summer notice prachi and arav go together.
[Prachi is in the bathroom, preparing to leave when she suddenly hears voices coming from the sink area. She freezes, listening intently as Sriya and her friends talk while washing their hands.]
Neha: (Curiously) Sriya, are you seriously in love with Summer?
Sriya: (Laughing) Oh, shut up, Neha. Me and love? It’s impossible.
Neha: (Confused) Then why did you propose to Summer at your birthday party?
Sriya: (Smirking) Because Shivani bet me I couldn’t do it. And you know me—I can’t lose a bet. Sriya never loses at anything.
[Prachi’s eyes widen in shock. She struggles to process what she’s hearing.]
Neha: (Realizing) So, you don’t actually love Summer?
Shivani: (Shaking her head) Oh, Neha, don’t you know Sriya? He can’t be with any guy for more than ten days.
[Prachi is stunned by the revelations. She had thought of Sriya as a good friend and now feels deeply betrayed. She waits quietly for Sriya and her friends to leave the bathroom.]
Neha: (Teasing) Well, I guess that’s one way to win a bet.
Sriya: (Chuckling) You know it. Let’s go.
[Sriya, Shivani, and Neha leave the bathroom, chatting and laughing. Prachi waits until they’re gone, then exits the bathroom quietly, her mind racing with the new information.]
Prachi: (Muttering to herself) I can’t believe this.
[Prachi walks away, her thoughts troubled by what she’s just learned about Sriya, because they thought sriya love summer ]
