Arav and Summer are walking to college together in the morning.

Arav: (Smiling) It feels good to be out again. I’ve missed this.

Summer: (Grinning) We’ve missed you too. College hasn’t been the same without you.

Arav: So, fill me in on what I’ve missed. How’s everyone doing?

Summer: (Thinking) Well, Prachi aced her presentation, Shubham joined a new club, and Saurav’s been obsessed with this new video game.

Arav: (Laughing) Sounds like a lot’s been going on. What about you? Any interesting stories?

Summer: (Excitedly) Oh, yeah! I’ve been spending more time with Sriya. She’s really fun to be around.

Arav: (Feeling uneasy but trying to hide it) Sriya again, huh? You seem to talk about her a lot.

Summer: (Nodding) Yeah, she’s great. She’s been hanging out with us more often. You’ll get to meet her today.

Arav: (Curious) So, what have you guys been doing?

Summer: We’ve been doing the usual stuff—studying, hanging out in the canteen. Sriya even taught us some fun new games. She’s really bringing a lot of energy to the group.

Arav: (Forced smile) That sounds nice.

[They arrive at college and head to the canteen where Prachi, Saurav, Shubham, and Sriya are waiting.]

Prachi: (Excitedly) Arav! You’re back!

Shubham: (Grinning) Finally, man. We’ve missed you.

Saurav: (High-fiving Arav) Good to see you, buddy.

Sriya: (Smiling warmly) Hi, Arav. I’ve heard a lot about you. It’s nice to finally meet.

Arav: (Politely) Nice to meet you too, Sriya. I’ve heard a lot about you as well.

[They all sit down together. The group starts chatting, but Arav feels a bit out of place, especially when Sriya becomes the center of attention with her jokes and stories.]

Sriya: (Laughing) So, there was this one time I almost tripped over my own feet trying to catch a bus!

[Everyone laughs, including Arav, though he still feels uneasy.]

Arav: (Smiling) That’s pretty funny. I can see why everyone likes having you around.

Sriya: (Blushing slightly) Thanks, Arav. It’s been fun getting to know everyone.

[The conversation continues, and Arav tries to join in more, but can’t shake the feeling of unease.]

[Later, as they’re walking to class, Summer notices Arav’s quietness.]

Summer: Are you okay, Arav? You’ve been pretty quiet.

Arav: (Sighing) Yeah, just getting back into the swing of things. It’s been a while.

Summer: (Concerned) If something’s bothering you, you can tell me.

Arav: (Forcing a smile) No, it’s nothing. Just adjusting. I’m glad to be back.

Summer: (Smiling) Good. We’re all glad to have you back too.

They head to their classes, with Arav feeling a mix of happiness and unease, trying to adjust to the changes in his social circle.
