After Richmond told Rita about the recent event in the school to save Carrie from bullying and then she explains to him about Carrie's hard life.

Richmond: That's-I can't explain how horrible she lives. Can you tell me more?

Rita: It's worse than you think Richmond, from what I know is even before high school. It's been long as since they are in 1st grade.

To learn that nearly every student bullied Carrie for no reason other than making her life hell.

Rita even mentioned that Carrie was the sweetest girl she knew that couldn't hurt a fly, her grades are good and better to some students but what she excelled at, Math and English.

Even though she was bullied by Mr. Ullman something Richmond witnessed during the class, still surprised that she would have good grades for the bullying teacher, like to maintain reputation and discreet as possible without being sued.

Rita then told him what she knew at the time of her 1st day in the last school year about Chris Hargensen and her friends the Mortimer Snerds, Chris who is the leader of the group, spoiled rotten rich girl and Ewen's notorious Queen Bee had no reason at all made her mission to make Carrie's life a living hell and other outcast but Carrie was always the victim day in and day out.

To think Carrie was bullied for this long was shocking and no one has ever try to help her, even other outcasts couldn't even try to reach out for her.

Richmond: How is that bitch still in school?

Rita: It would likely be Chris' Father John Hargensen: he is a very well known lawyer here in Chamberlain, he was very influential and I have no doubt that he made Chris all the deeds she did swept under the rug and Chris likely used that information which is getting her untouchable status and could bully and torment her way without getting consequences.

With it she then told him about an incident that Chris had done 2 years ago like she slipped a firecracker into one of her shoes and nearly blew off her toes in the process which resulted her a week suspension.

Richmond cringed at that like the poor girl was suffering in her past years while Chris may have been suspended but still she gets away with zero consequences since it appears that she is still not sorry and continues to bully other people.

As well explain it to him that there are many complaints but nothing can back it up and Rita believes it to be John's handy work.

Richmond: Not that I'm surprised if he can do that.

Rita: Well what are you planning? You're not planning to kill them are you?

Richmond: No I have the Horsemen tradition by publicly exposing them.

After that she gave him information about Chris' other friends info Sue Snell, Tina Blake, Heather Shyres, Nicki and Lizzy Watson.

As well as their parents might possibly be involved of covering their deeds especially to Chris' Father. Richmond has to question about the Watson's Patriarch if he ever met the man.

Richmond: Thanks for the information, this helps a lot. This would help me. And I'll see what I can do to help Carrie, she needs it and I'll give it to her when she needs it more than ever. I'll defend her from her bullies and be her friend to make sure she won't be bothered by them.

Rita: Thank you Richmond, Carrie needs it a lot.

He got back to his apartment, he changed into his more comfortable clothes, he then took his laptop and notebooks As he had to answer his homework, after that he began to research about Carrie White.
