The time now is 7:00pm and I just got back home from dropping my grandma off at her night prayer session at her church, I was so happy to see people who I used to attend church with we even exchanged numbers so we can stay in touch....when I got home I took a shower and changed into the clothes that have become my sleeping clothes and I decided to call it a night.

Bafana's POV:

As we're driving around the area looking for Sphiwo or someone who's seen her or my car we spot a little boy walking with a soccer ball in his hand.

Bafana :Heyi Mshana.

The boy looks at us and doesn't say a word.

Bafana :Kungani uhamba wedwa sekumnyama nje....bazoktshontsa abantu.

He keeps quiet and carries on walking.

Bafana :Mana phela, awukaze uyibone intokazi enjena?

I show him a picture of Sphiwo....I could see it in his eyes that he wanted to say something but he was holding back.

Mlilo :Cha angkaze ngiyibone.

Bafana :Unesiqiniseko salokho?

Mlilo :Yebo.

Bafana :Okay....mshana ngiyakcela umangabe uyibonile lentokazi ungtshele....isthandwa sami lesi...futhi inhliziyo yami ingaba buhlungu kabi uma ngingalahlekelwa uyena.

He keeps quiet.

Mlilo :Uhlala kumuzi wesibili umawehla ngaloyamgwaqo.

Bafana :Ngemphela??

Mlilo :(hesitantly) Yebo.

Bafana :(let's out a chuckle of relief) Ngiyabonga mshana.

Just before I could close the window and drive off he says something to me.

Mlilo :Ngicela ungamlimazi....ungumuntu olungile loyasisi futhi mina ngiyamthanda.

Bafana :Ngiyakthembisa engeke ngimlimazi.

Then suddenly a woman in a nurse uniform comes from behind us and starts screaming at Mlilo.

The woman :Wehh Kwanele wena....ufunani lana ngalesi isikhathi??

Mlilo :Mama....bengithi ngiya ekhaya.

The woman : Ubizi lana ukhuluma nabantu ongabazi uzothini mabektshontsha lana??!!!

Bafana :Cha ma....akunjalo....umfana wakho usesisize kakhulu...sihamba sibekana nentokazi engithandana nayo lana sike saxabana wangduba weza la kubo ngicela ungamdinelwa umfana ubesendleleni eyakubo wabambezelwa yithini nje kphela......eehhh, bengisacela ukunika ilift nginshiye ekhaya?

She looks at me with the most disgusting look on her face and she examins the car with the same look.

The woman :Asiwudingi ulift wakho...sineyinyawo...siyakwazi ukuzi hambela.

Bafana :Ngiyakuzwa mama....mangphinde futhi ngimxolisele umfana wakho....bekungalona iphutha lakhe.

The woman and the little boy walk away and we drive off to were the boy told us to go, when I immediately spot my car I realise that, that's where Sphiwo must be and we park around the corner.

Capheus :What if her grandmother is home?

Gazi :Then we'll just have to knock and hope she let's us in.
