Lowen
I sigh as I plopped down on my bed, feeling exhausted after today. My headache isn't so bad as it was this morning and luckily the nausea has subsided.
My dad texted me earlier that he wanted to talk to me about something so I hope it's nothing bad.
After a few hours of doing some homework my dad knocked on my bedroom door with a gentle smile on his lips.
"Can you come down to the living room for a sec." He asked and I nodded.
I followed him to the living room only to see Eleanor is already there, busy typing on her phone.
She's always on her damn phone.
"So there's something I need to talk to you guys about, and it's quite important." My dad said, clearing his throat.
"What is it, dad?" Eleanor asked him, switching her phone off.
Why do I get a bad feeling about this 'talk'
"I have to go on a business trip, and you two can't stay alone, so I arranged that you guys would go and stay with your mom." He said, and after that last word left his mouth, my heart dropped to the floor.
Fuck no!
"I refuse, I'm not going to live with her." I signed to my dad, a glare on my face.
"I don't care what you think or say, you will go." He said sternly, glaring back at me.
"How long are you going to be away?" Eleanor asked and my dad gave us an apologetic smile.
"Two months at the most." My eyes widen, that's way too long, I won't survive a minute with my mother in the same room.
And on top of that I'm going to have to deal with her new husband too.
"Pack your suitcases because I'm going to drop you guys off tomorrow morning." He said before going back to the kitchen, leaving me and Eleanor in tense silence.
"I can't believe this shit." I heard her mutter under her breath before walking out of the living room.
I let out a heavy sigh, this two months is going to be difficult for me, I already know it.
I don't really know why Eleanor is so upset about this, since she and our mother have a good relationship except me.
I let out a groan as I stood up from the couch to go and pack, I feel pissed as I shove all my clothes into my suitcases. I can't believe my dad just dropped such a huge bomb on me, he knows how I feel about my mother, we don't get along at all, and on top of that I have to live with her rich husband.
In two hours all of my suitcases are packed and ready to go, except me.

"Please behave for your mother, Lowen, I know you don't want to be here but I have no choice." I heard my dad say from the front of the car but I ignored him. I still very pissed at him for doing this to me.
Eleanor isn't the happiest either, but she looks exited to see our mother again.
I climbed out of the car and stare up at the huge mansion that I'm going to be living in for the next two months.
I grabbed my suitcases from the back and stood there like a frozen statue when I saw my mother coming down the stairs to us.
She looks the same as the last time I saw her, her black silky hair a little bit longer, her icy blue eyes the same just like mine, her tall frame hovering over me like a tall building.
Why does she have to be so tall?
"Hello my darling, I missed you so much." She pulled Eleanor into a hug and kissed her cheek. When she looked at me her smile faded away and pursed her lips.
"Lowen, it's good to see you." She said dryly and I rolled my eyes mentally at her attitude towards me.
Hate much?
My gaze went behind her when I saw her husband coming towards us with a smile on his face, I don't like him one bit, I just have a bad feeling about him whenever he's around, he's a few inches taller than my mother, dark brown hair with boring brown eyes. He has a big forehead and I hold back a snicker when I saw him up close.
"Thank you for taking them in, I didn't know what else to do." I heard my dad say to my mother.
"It's fine, Sebastian, I don't mind." My mother waved him off.
Once my dad said goodbye to us he left immediately for the airport.
"Let's go and eat breakfast before school." My mother said, and I let out a sigh.
My nightmare has just begun.
