"Ahjussi your children what do they do? They're the same age as me so I just wanted to know what the average teen does."
He stops and thinks for a while before looking at me
"One in University the other last year of high school"
"Ooooh, I would also be in my last year of high school. Do you think we could have been classmates? Maybe even friends. . . but wait where are you from Ahjussi I never left Seoul so maybe not"
"Busan so no you wouldn't be able to."
"Awhh too bad, but now you're here with me and-"
My words are interrupted as our food gets brought to us.
"Ah Thank you-"
I stop my words and look back at the waiter. Isn't that the guy from the beach?!?!
He looked at me back with a surprised expression. I think he just realized it was me too.
He gives a little smile and a small wave at me. Gyeon Ji might get the wrong idea and might do something. I should say something before any misunderstandings happen.
"OH! Hey. . . Y/N didn't know you worked here!" I quickly exclaim
Gyeon Ji looks at me weirdly, but he doesn't say anything so I think I'm safe.
My thoughts are interrupted as he sets the rest of our food and says "Well hey there stal- Eunchae didn't expect you to be here this morning."
"Yeah what a small world we live in ha. . . ha. . . SO anyways didn't know you worked here?"
He finished setting everything up and looked back at me. "Well my grandma wanted to keep me busy while I was here so just keeping bu-" His words were interrupted by his, what I assume, grandma coming in and pulling his ear.
"AISH you silly boy get back to work and stop flirting with the customers."
He's pulled away from us and I can't help but chuckle. Before he's dragged into the kitchen he shouts. "EN. . . ENJOY YOUR MEAL!"
That was the final straw for my funny bone and I just burst out laughing. I look at Gyeon Ji and he just had the sternest look I've ever seen. I immediately stop laughing and stare back at him. He's probably wondering why I know him.
I sigh then begin explaining myself. "Okay I can explain myself. . . I COULDN'T SLEEP. So I went out for air. . . and I just saw him. . . IT'S FINE HE DIDN'T RECOGNIZE ME, so that means were A O K." I give him a thumbs up and a smirk to ease the tensions.
