Chapter 34
*Next Day*
Aria's POV:
I can't stop thinking about the kiss. His lips tasted so good, like butter.
"Aria!" I hear a voice that snaps me back to reality. I shake my head. Jason is standing there with his mouth wide open.
"Are you okay?" He questions. I nod my head yes. He gets a phone call. "They need us on set."
I get up from the couch with the blue popcorn bowl in my hand.
"Let's go pretend we're in love." I pop some more popcorn in my mouth. He laughs at my statement.
"Let's go." He lets me through first. He touches my back as I walk by him. I felt a shiver down my spine.
I see Justin as we walk the one hundred feet to set. My heart is pounding.
"And action!" The director yells. Jason is speaking his lines so slowly that my brain is itchy to speak. His voice is slowly fading out.
My lines leave my mouth smoothly. I stop for a moment. I can't remember the rest.
"Aria? Are you okay?" Jason asks. My mouth is dry.
"Excuse me." I leave set to grab a drink of water.
