The Camping Disaster

Chapter 2: 7th Sector Park

Soft breeze blew around the 7th sector park.
Cawing of crows echoed second by second. Nathalie stood staring at her watch. They were late! She knew she shouldn't have come earlier! Nathalie was just about to call when suddenly, Vexter arrived.

"Nat! Have you been waiting for long?"
"Hmm"
Nathalie looked at her watch again
"Not that long"
"That's great! I thought I'd be here to see an angry bird"
""Oi! Did you just call me an angry bird?"
"Did I not?"
Nathalie slapped Vexter's back and Vexter chuckled
"Are you turning into one now?"
"Shut up!"
Just then, Scarlette came rushing
'Huff puff!'
"Why were you running?" Nathalie asked the out of breath Scarlette
"A dog was chasing me!" Scarlette exclaimed
"Hah! Scaredy cat!" Vexter teased
"Shut up!" Both of the girls said in unison
"You guys sure are early, or am I just late?"
another voice came from afar
All heads turned to see that it was Rachel.

"So how have you guys been? Sure has been long right?" Rachel asked
"For sure!" Nathalie answered
"I wonder when Ti-" Scarlette stopped
"Hey everyone! Too late?" Tiana asked joyfully
"Not that much" Nathalie said while looking at her watch
"The most late award goes to-"
"FELIX!" Everyone said in unison and burst into laughter
"Someone called me?" Came another voice, a very obvious one.
Felix advanced towards the group
"Finally! Everyone is here!" Nathalie said with a smile

"Do you guys know why I've called you all here?" Nathalie asked while looking at everyone
"Wait there's an occasion?" Scarlette asked with a puzzled expression
"Of course! I wouldn't call you guys for no reason! I know you all, well except Vexter live in different sectors and you guys can't come whenever you want to"

Nathalie and Vexter lived in the 7th sector, but different roads, while the others lived in different sectors.

"So basically, I want to know if you guys have any ideas on what to do during the summer vacation"
