It was 3:00 in the night. All the girls were asleep again. Natalie woke up. She was thirsty, hence opened a bottle of water.

She saw the time.
'it's the devil's hour!' she wispered
"Pst! Nat!" Came a voice from outside the tent.
"Eeek! The devil!" Nathalie exclaimed
"It's me Vex! And for your information, I'm not a devil" the voice said once again

Nathalie nervously got out of the tent and saw that it really was Vexter.

She slapped his back and said,
"You dummy! Why are you out of your tent? Wanna scare us to death?"
"Who knows?"
"You do! Why aren't you sleeping?"
"Wasn't feeling like it"
"That doesn't mean you gotta stare at us girls, you creep!"
"I wasn't staring at you guys, just heard your wisper, you do wisper quite loudly"
"I do not!" Nathalie argued
"I don't want to start an argument now, look, it's the same light from 2 days ago"

Nathalie looked in Vexter's direction to see that he was right!

"Wanna go check it out?"
"Are you mental? What if they are those roumored theifs?"
"So what? We won't go far, just close enough to see the light properly"
"Hmm, alright"

Nathalie and Vexter sneakily walked towards the light, along the dark creepy trees. The didn't cross the bridge connecting the two parts of the lake.

Nathalie shivered. She prayed she wouldn't die. As they got more closer, they realised the light was from a huge torch! Coming from the sky. Someone was spending signals through torches! They went beside the lake and saw a small cottage type house.

Then they heard some footsteps.

"Let's return!" Nathalie urgently wispered

They carefully returned to the campsite.

Everyone was still sleeping. It hadn't been long. Just about 10-20 minutes. Nathalie felt sleepy. She yawned and said goodnight to Vexter and both went inside their tents.

Even though Nathalie was sleepy, her mind was in tension. What if the theifs find out their having a camping trip here and killed them? Even though the light is literally from the other side of the lake.
