Felicity hadn't spoken to Ashtray in just over 2 weeks, he had gone to her house, gone to her work and had even gone as far as sitting out her house for 5 hours. No response.
She had finally opened up to Maddy about everything, and told her she didn't want everything getting out, Maddy went with her word and kept her mouth closed.
The police had been back and forth and was constantly on her case, offering her mental health workers and a lot of support, to which she all refused. Felicity had run out of her stash of pills a couple days back, only leaving her with a bit of weed, causing her to run back down hill.
"Felicity, I am not running to your boyfriend every 2 weeks to get you drugs." Elliot sighed, calm but stern.
"He's not your boyfriend so it shouldn't matter to you." Felicity hissed back down the phone, starting to get wound up.
"Yeah it won't matter till I get beaten up and probably killed by a drug dealer because I was buying drugs for his girlfriend." Elliot was beginning to loose his patience, he was not putting himself at risk.
"He doesn't kill people, please just buy me the fuckin-." Felicity begged before getting shut of.
Rue shook her head silently at Elliot whom didn't make Rues presence known to Fee. "No Felicity, sort it out yourself." With that he ended the phone leaving the girl hopeless.
Felicity's temper quickly escalated, leading to a breakdown. Out of anger, she smashed every single picture of thing of each her mothers and sisters, ripping them, breaking them and damaging them completely. In moments where she felt this distraught, she liked the feeling of ruining things or hurting other people, it almost fed her. Even though she knew later she would hate herself for it. Shards of glass, leaving cuts in between her fingers and a few on her face. Her mascara ruined, staining her face. Her hair matted from the days she spent locked away from the world in her bed feeling sorry for herself. The heat of her actions causing her to be distressed. Felicity had hit breaking point, she didn't know what to do with herself or even what she wanted. Things finally ended for her.
The doorbell rung, assuming it was just Maddy, Fee ignored it knowing that Maddy could let herself in, but it repeatedly rang. It kept ringing and ringing till she finally had enough. Fee pulled herself of the ground, her head pounding from the sudden movement.
"What Maddy you have a fucking key alread-." Felicity groaned, opening the door. "Oh."
Ashtray stood beyond the door, taking in her rough appearance, his concern growing, all the tiny cuts, her face covered in running mascara and tears indicating she had been crying and her extremely messy hair. The boys eyes finally met her, sympathetically melting onto her. "Come here." He cooed, stepping into the house whilst pulling her into a tight embrace. Instantly the tears started flowing again, Felicitys muffled cries sounding into his shoulder. "I was so worried about you." He whispered into her ear, keeping a tight hold of her.
Felicity couldn't form her words, her muffled cries just speaking for themselves. Ashtray, in panic, picked her up bridal style carrying her to the comfort of her room. The door inched open, displaying the glass, empty pill packets, bags of weed. Her room was cluttered with clothes and rubbish, dirty dishes, just general utter mess which Ash knew was not like Felicity in the slightest. With one hand he pushed all the clothes and bits of trash of her bed, laying her down.
----
The past 90 minutes, Felicity spent every second in Ashtrays comfort whilst she cried and cried. He didn't leave, he didn't ask he just stayed. His hand massaging her scalp as her head was berried into his chest.
"I am sorry." She croaked, filling the silence.
"Don't be sorry, you know I am always here for you, no matter what our terms are." Ash reassured her, keeping content.
"It's just-,"
"Look at me." Ash spoke softly, tilting her chin up meeting Felicity's glossy eyes. "Your so gorgeous." He murmerd, gently kissing her temple.
"It's, I don't know what it is Ashtray, I shouldn't of cut you out like that. It's just a lot has been going on as you can tell." She chuckled lightly, pushing her fallen bits of hair behind her ear.
"I am always listening." Ash flashed her a warm smile, readjusting her position in his arms. "But I do want an explanation also from where you got these from." Ash reached to the side, grabbing empty pill packets.
Felicity went pale, her eyes filled with fear and regret. She struggled to speak, stuttering st each attempt. "Salia died."
AUTHORS NOTES
I am SO sorry for the long wait, and even worse this is a short chapter. I really struggle to write emotional chapters, but I think we needed to venture into a bit more of Ashtrays soft side. I most definitely will be uploading a much longer chapter tomorrow.
