Trouble In Paradise

After Freen left, I laid on my bed looking at the ceiling with a blank stare. I was empty inside. I stayed there for hours until Richard finally knocked on the door jolting me back to reality.

"You're in big trouble madam " he said nonchalantly.

"Richard can you leave me alone? I don't have time for your jokes right now." I dismissed him

But he just walked in and turn on the flat screen tv on the wall. I jumped up as I saw the news. It was about my infidelity to my fiance.

Pictures were all over the internet about my relationship with Freen. I ran out of the room to my father's study knowing that Freen wouldn't survive it this time, when I bumped into my mother half way there.

"Go back to your room" she ordered without saying another word

She walked back to the study as if she only came out to tell me not to leave my room but I followed her, scared of what they might do to Freen.

Theodore is a Duke and is publicly with me and for a commoner like Freen to come into our relationship, she has insulted The Throne and The Duke.

And whatever Theodore wants to do to her, will be done from hanging to banishment and even life imprisonment and this terrified me.

"Mother, I need to talk to him. I need to expl..." My cheek was met violently with my mother's palm. The slap was so hard that I fell to the ground.

"I told you to stop whatever you had going on with that girl but you refused. Now look what you've done. Even my past is been dug up.

Go back to your room now!!" she yelled, angrily walking back into the study.

"Her past? What does that have to do with Freen?" I thought walking back to my room to completely watch The News with my cheek all red.

"She's a whore just like her mother, can't keep to one partner" The News articles carried.

Actually my mother was already pregnant with me before marrying my father.

And not what you think, I am my father's child but my father only accepted my mother and the pregnancy after a DNA test.

He believed firmly that I wasn't his, because his wife then, Queen Sharon hadn't had a child. He claimed that my mother was a harlot with many sex partners.

And the News stated that I was doing the same with Freen even when I already have a fiance.

The News, videos and pictures kept spreading but their source was unknown. Some internet hackers were spreading it because it doesn't matter what a Queen did, no News media can call her a whore or insult her. And still retain their heads.

I watched keenly as reporters hover around Freen's home in the news. Theodore, I know has seen this as an opportunity to officially punish Freen.

But who did this? Who has been stalking us and taking pictures since Mahidol? There are even picture from the palace. It can't be Theodore. Kirk then?

He's the only one that was with us in Mahidol and still came to the palace and also knows about my relationship with Freen. Did he do this because no Royal would ever sabotage The Royal Family publicly like this.
