FREEN SAROCHA'S POV
Now Becky and I can finally be together. It's our happily ever after, but is it really though?
Look how far we've come. We might have taken the long way, but I think we finally made it. We'll finally be together now. But... We hurt a lot of people on our way here.
Serena! To me, Serena got hurt the most. Three years she spent with me. She moved to China for me, leaving all her family behind and even returned when I did. She has always been on my beck and call. But how did I repay her? by going back to my ex.
I would be lying if I said I'm not hurt by Serena's absence in my life. I couldn't even bring myself to tell my family about the breakup. They really like Serena, especially Freda. She even said it to my face that if Serena was a guy, she would have seduced her and taken her from me.
Who wouldn't? Serena is really nice and beautiful. Two combination that is hard to come by, but she has them both. And she's patient too. She's just everybody's dream girl, but not mine?
For the first few days, I didn't leave the house. I sulked a lot but this is what I wanted. I wanted Becky, so I should go to Becky.
I called Becky and told her about my breakup. She consoled me but we both knew that she's actually happy about the breakup.
She started coming around the office like she did before. She stopped after that display with Serena and with everything that happened with her. But now, she's back. And she came literally everyday. I mean, she's now without a husband, so she has all the time in the world.

.Becky sat down in front of me staring and distracting me as I went through some books of account.
I can't really concentrate because she's watching me but I tried to. I don't want to give her what she wants, which is my attention. She's still as playful as always. How can she still be like this, after all this years?
But I guess she has changed a bit too. She's just being cheerful to keep her mind off the loss of her child.
She has been staring at me for almost twenty minutes. She's committed, I'll give her that. But I'm also going to stand my ground and not feed her desire.
"You're always really busy Freen, when are you going to ever find time to date?" She asked, making me look at her for like a second before looking back down at the pile of work in front of me.
She had me already from that statement and she knew it, so she continued.
"You're going to stay silent huh?" She teased but I still didn't respond. "Fine! Can you show me your house?" That's it, she finally broke the ice. Is she really serious?
"Becky" I said rolling my eyes at her boldness.
"What? I just asked." She shrugged, making me drop the file In front of me. Well the conversation is interesting, let me keep it going for a while.
"Why do you want to know where I live?" I teased her back.
"Hmmm.. Same reason why you know where I live? But wait! How did you even know where I live?" She asked curiously.
"Is there a person in Thailand who doesn't know where The Royal Palace is?" I said picking up the papers again.
"I'm not talking about The Royal Palace. I mean, when I was still with Theodore. You came over without asking for the address, and you were quick, as if you've been there before." She teased trying to look at me as i buried my face again in the files, pretending to go through them.
