You and Jin were busy picking out vegetables and then a cheerful voice called out from behind, "Jin hyung!"

Jin turned around quickly, his face lighting up in recognition. You followed the voice, curious to see who it was. To your surprise,

it was Jungkook,

looking effortlessly cool in his casual attire. He looked delighted to see Jin, and within seconds, the two were hugging each other tightly.

You watched in shock as the scene unfolded before you. It was a surprise to see your best friend Jin and Taehyung's best friend Jungkook know each other so well.

After the hug, Jungkook noticed you standing there and waved enthusiastically. "Hi, Yena! What are you doing here?"

You smiled back, feeling a mix of surprise and amusement. As he approached, he gave you a friendly side hug. "Just doing some grocery shopping," you replied, still processing the unexpected connection. "What about you? Here for the same?"

"Yeah," Jungkook grinned, lifting a small basket filled with snacks. "Just grabbing some snacks."

Before you could respond, Jin, still looking bewildered, interjected, "Wait, you two know each other?"

Jungkook seemed equally surprised by the question and turned to Jin. "Hyung, do you know Yena?"

The three of you stood there for a moment, sharing confused glances. The situation was suddenly a lot more complicated than you'd expected.

Jin was the first to break the silence. "Well, Yena is my best friend and this is Jungkook, another close friend of mine—more like a younger brother. We first met in New York during my exchange program."

You glanced at Jungkook, who looked pleasantly surprised. He nodded in agreement.

Jin then turned to him with a curious look. "So, how do you know Yena?"

Jungkook chuckled, glancing at you before responding. "Yena is also my friend and ofcourse, she's wife of my best friend, Taehyung. So, yeah, we're pretty close. Well, this is unexpected! I never knew my best friend's wife and your best friend were the same person."

Jungkook's eyes sparkled with curiosity and affection. "By the way, when did you get back?"

"I just got back recently."

Jungkook grinned, looking between you and Jin. "Well, since we're all here, why don't we shop together? It'll be more fun," he suggested.

You nodded enthusiastically. "That's a nice idea! And afterwards, why don't both of you come over to our place for dinner? I haven't had the chance to invite you yet."

Jin and Jungkook exchanged glances and then smiled broadly. "Sure, that sounds great!" Jin agreed.

Jungkook nodded eagerly. "Count me in! It'll be nice to have dinner together and catch up more."

After finishing your selection, you made your way to the snacks section and found Jungkook standing in front of a wall of chips, looking utterly perplexed.
"Uh, Jungkook? You okay?” you asked, raising an eyebrow.

“Look at all these flavours! I’m torn between classic and spicy BBQ,” he replied, scratching his head dramatically.

“Why not both?” I suggested with a laugh.

“Brilliant!” he exclaimed, grabbing both bags and tossing them into the cart.

“Hey! You’re not supposed to add things without asking! My shopping list doesn’t allow for spontaneous chip buys,” I mockingly protested.
