My final choice...

Jaxx began chuckling

I strike a cold glare towards Jaxx, shutting his ass up. "Thank you Artemis. I'd always known he'd looked familiar." I said nonchalantly. Artemis ran towards me. "ARTEMIS DON'T !!!" Phoenix screamed, Gaz and Jason aimed their guns at Artemis... Ghost soon spoke "Stand down." Ghost said. I opened my arms slightly as Artemis runs into my arms for a hug. "i'm so sorry. i'm..so..so..soo.. sorry." he saids. He begins to tear up. he grips onto my shoulder tight. 

"It's okay Artemis, you had to do what you were told to survive." i said. Looking at him with empty eyes. "But.. the question stands." I said backing up, as i grab something from my pocket. i quickly hold a knife to his throat. "Who's side are you on?" i ask nonchalantly. Artemis wasn't surprised, though it looked like he had expected it. he sighed.. "Your's.. I'm done with blackout." Artemis said. I put my arm down slowly, Jax scoffed. "Whatever. not like we needed you anyway." Jaxx said, Phoenix sighed.. "though i don't agree with your's or Artemis actions.. I owe you for giving yourself up for me to escape." Phoenix said, she continued to speak. "And for that i'm returning the favor by sparing you life's." Phoenix said walking towards us. "I'm sorry it has to be this way." Phoneix said. 

Artemis spoke.. "but it dosent ! you can come with us!" Artemis said. Phoenix shook her head. "I had unfinished business, and i'd doubt i'd ever join..One last hand shake with you, Artemis?.." Phoenix asked. Artemis frowned but Did their handshake they made up. He began to tear up again, "Till death to us part, even if we're on different sides of the battle.. I'll always care for respect you." Artemis said. 

Is this guy ..? so much unexpected things are happening right now..

Phoenix teared up aswell, and hugged him tight. "..please don't go." Artemis said holding her tight.They held it for a little while till Jaxx spoke up. "COME ON PHOENIX." Jaxx yelled. They both backed up.. Phoenix turned to leave when Artemis grabbed her hand. "Phoenix.. please." Artemis said.. "I'm sorry Artemis.. Till death do us part Arti.." Phoenix said before slipping through and walked towards Jaxx. she turned around to say something, "And Ace.. Even thought i didn't know you well.. It was a pleasure to meet you." Phoenix before Jaxx got into the truck and Phoenix got into the passenger seat, Artemis held onto tears. 

Me and Artemis stood there for a while, just in silence. Team 141 was quiet as-well. Artemis turned to look at me.. "Hey are you okay?" He asked, i nodded. "Are you?" i replied, Artemis wiped his tears and sighed. "i'll... get over it." Artemis said. Gaz walked up behind us with a comforting smile, "welcome to the team Artemis." Gaz said. Artemis did the handshake. Price spoke up as he chuckled, "Not so fast Gaz.. He's gotta be put on trial and answer a few questions. THEN he can." He said chuckling.  Gaz nodded. Price led both Gaz and Artemis to the car. As Todd got off the car he opened the door for Artemis. They all got into the car. Price started his car as he put his window down, "Ya'll gonna follow or what?" Price asked.

"we'll catch up Captain." Soap said. Price nodded as he drove away slowly. Ghost walked up to me.. i was just spacing out, Ghost snapped his fingers. "You okay Y/n.. That was.. A-lot." Ghost said. "mhm.. i've had my suspicions on some stuff while i was there.." i said looking down dropping the knife i had in my hands. I sighed.. "..I wonder how i'd be feeling if i was born normally, with emotions." Y/N saids. Ghost turned his head .. "We'll get there, just give it time." He said to me. i looked down. "..Hey, Are you alright Ace?" He said's looking a bit surprised. 

I looked up at him. "w-...what?" i replied, he comes closer and slowly puts his hands on my cheeks but stops before he can touch me.. "Permission?" he asked.. I nodded confused. I felt something running down my cheeks. Both of his hands cup my cheeks as he used him thumb's to wipe away tears. "You're crying.." He said's, His voice softened.

 "i-.." i was .. what? i didn't feel-.. Wait.. My heart.. This.. is weird. More tears streamed down. i didn't understand. This emotion shit was fucking me up. "Calm down Y/n." he said, i looked at him. i don't remember him ever using my name. "Calm down." he said tilting my head up to look at him.  I took a breath. "See? That's sadness." He said. i nodded calming myself down. i felt.. neutral. "See? " he said reassuringly. 

"if you'd like, We have a doctor on base who could possibly help you with that." Ghost said. I looked at him.. "i'm willing to try it out.." i said. "sure.."i continued. 

"alright then, ready to head out?" Ghost said. .. i stood quiet for a bit , then nodded. "Y-..yeah." i said. he nodded,

 He brought his hand out for me to hold. i hesitated but held it anyway. We walked together to the car and Soap and Jason had a faint smile.
