I was walking home from school when I felt someone grab my hand.

"Hey sunshine." The voice said spinning me towards them.

"Jess." I smiled happily.

He leaned into a tender kiss while drawing circles on my back with his finger.

"You doing anything?" He asked.

"Nope, wanna come over?" I asked fixing the loose strand of hair on his face. He started blushing and I giggled lightly.

We walked over to my house and he flopped onto my bed and I went to go change in the bathroom into some comfortable clothes.

I put on some straight leg navy sweatpants and a dark red tank top. I braided my hair and washed my face before walking out the bathroom and flopping onto the bed next to Jess.

"I got a question." I said getting comfortable in my bed.

"Shoot."

"Are you coming to that dinner thing at the inn that my aunt is hosting?"

"Yep Luke is forcing me." He groaned.

"Good I don't know if I'd survive it without you." I chuckled.

After a few hours Jess left for his shift at Luke's and I promised I'd meet him there later.

"I'm going to Luke's, wanna come?" Lorelai asked.

"Yep I'll just get my glasses."

"Hey Luke." We said in unison sitting at a table.

"Coffee?" He asked.

We both nodded before I headed up to say hi to Jess.

"Oh Jessica." I sung knocking on the door. There was no noise so I knocked again.

"Jess!" I yelled.

No answer.

I grabbed the keys from downstairs and opened the door.

"Jess?"

I heard the shower and knocked on the door.

"What Luke?!" He yelled.

"Not Luke."

"Hey angel, you can come in." He said.

I walked in carefully, he had the shower door closed.

"Hey." He smiled opening the door enough to see his head. My head was going crazy. Jess with wet hair and a silver necklace around his neck, I could have fainted.

"Will you be long?" I asked.

"Give me 2 minutes." He said. I walked out of the bathroom and sat on the couch waiting.

He walked out with a towel on his hips and if I was standing my knees would have buckled. His v line was out and I couldn't think straight.

"Eyes up here, love." He joked getting me out of my daze.

"Sorry." I smiled. He walked into his bedroom and walked out a minute later wearing navy jeans and a grey hoodie. I made a mental note to steal the hoodie later.

We walked down the stairs and heard Luke yelling.

"Absolutely not, absolutely not. Never, that cannot happen!" He yelled at Lorelai.

"But there's no other option. One night won't do any harm. Please Luke. It's the only option. There's no other rooms and no one else wants to change. Lorelai pleaded.
