I woke up groggily to the sound of my alarm, slapping it off I got out of bed waddling to the bathroom.

"It's four in the morning." I groaned complaining to myself.

I looked in the bathroom mirror seeing my brown hair plastered across my face with knots everywhere, my dark eye bags sitting under my eyes and my cold body covered in goosebumps.

After brushing my teeth and washing my face I quickly grabbed a warm hoodie from my closet and walked downstairs.

"Morning." I grumbled walking into the kitchen.

"Matilda." Lorelai smiled passing me a mug filled with just made coffee.

"Bless you." I smiled instantly in a better mood.

"Okay so we are leaving in an hour, be there or be square." Lorelai said before going to drag Rory out of bed.

I walked back up to my room coffee mug in hand and went straight to my closet to get dressed.

I opened my hair from the messy bun I had thrown it in when I washed my face and brushed it out. It was semi straight so I decided to straighten it quickly before doing my skincare and curling my lashes.

"Let's go!" I heard Lorelai yell from downstairs.

"Coming."

I ran downstairs grabbing a pop tart out the package and running out the door with the two girls.

"It's five am." Rory grumbled.

"I know honey, we'll get coffee soon." Lorelai comforted her rubbing her shoulder as we walked to miss Pattys.

Lorelai went to sign us up whilst me and Rory searched for coffee.

"Rory?" I asked.

"Yeah?"

"So that guy you said you liked.... Who is it?" I said hesitantly. A wave of concern washed over me, I thought I already knew the answer.

"Okay well..... it's Dean." She blurted out.

"You mean Lindsay's Dean?" I asked, my relief sky rocket off the charts at least it wasn't Jess.

"Yeah, I've been thinking about him a lot since our breakup and I want him back."

"Oh umm, then you have to go talk to him. Tell him how you feel and ask him about his feelings too." I replied.

At least it wasn't Jess kept repeating in my mind. I don't know what I would have done if it was.

"Hey you find coffee?" Asked Lorelai walking up to us.

"Uhm nope." I said.

"Matilda!" I heard a voice yell from behind me.
