Some Notes On The Stories

I'd like to explain the timeline leading up to the events of these Boyfriend Scenarios.

Everything from the first two seasons (and the pilot episodes) is canon. But after that, the timeline changes slightly. Think of it as an alternate universe where the events of Rebooted never took place.

After the Overlord was destroyed (yes, destroyed, not defeated), Ninjago City was never rebuilt into a futuristic paradise, and instead of becoming teachers, the ninja settled down in their new monastery. They keep an eye out for threats in Ninjago and help the police fight crime. They're also famous, thanks to their role in defeating the Overlord. The Serpentine are still hostile (and will make an appearance somewhere--spoiler alert!), as are the Stone Warriors and the Skeleton Army.

Borg Industries is a relatively small corporation headquartered in Ninjago City, and is also the creator of the Perfect Match website where the ninja meet their girlfriends.

Spoiler Alert: Some of the elemental powers will be making an appearance in a few weeks. Also, in addition to the three I was originally planning on, there's going to be fourth elemental power in the scenarios that is not controlled by any of the y/ns.
