Y/n POV

"You look hot" I said as I sat down in the grass as I watched Glenn dig. He has a mask on and his hair was going everywhere and his arms flexed everytime he moved a muscle.

"Thank you?" He asked as he looked up at me. I smiled at him and made sure to keep some of my distance.

"I would kiss you but we have to keep our distance" I said as I patted my stomach.

"I know it's terrible" He said to me as he continued to go back to digging.

I got out a digging because I was pregnant. They didn't want to work me so hard. I'm actually regretting ever telling anyone because they are treating me like a child.

...

"It's spread. Ever try one who survived the art k in Cell block D. Sasha, Caleb, and now others." Hershel told us, it seemed to be a matter of time before the rest of us get it,

"Oh, Jesus" Daryl mumbled.

"So what do we do?" I asked them as I ran my fingers through my hair feeling the stress take over.

"First things first. Cell block A is isolation. We keep the sick spools there like we tried with Karen and David." Hershel said, Karen and David were burned this morning. By someone, they dragged their bodies out, I heard that Tyreece didn't take that well.

"What the hell we gonna do about that?" Daryl asked as he leaned back into his chair,

"Ask Rick to look into it. Try to make a timeline who's where when. But what are we gonna do to stop this?" Carol asked.

"There is no stopping it. You get it, you have to go through it." Hershel said, I nodded my head.

"But it just kills you?" Michonne asked as she leaned against a wall.

"The illness doesn't. The symptoms do. We need antibiotics." Hershel told us.

"We've been through every pharmacy nearby. And then some." I said as I leaned on to the table.

"That veterinary collage at West Peachtree Tech, that's one place joke may not have thought to raid for medication. The drugs for animals there are the same we need." Hershel told us.

"That's 50 miles. Too big a risk before. Ain't now. I'm gonna take a group out. Best not waste any more time." I said as I stood up, I wanted to end this.

"I'm in" Michonne said as she stood right next to me. I smiled at her.

"You haven't been exposed. Y/n has. You get in a car with her..." Hershel said as he warned her.

"She's already given me lice" Michonne joked, I pushed her lightly.

"It was one time and it wasn't even my fault you wanted to go to that party" I said as my cheeks grew red with embarrassment.

"I can lead the way" Hershel said with a small chuckle. "I know where everything's kept."

"When we're out there, it's always the same. Sooner or later we run." Daryl said as he looked at Hershel and his leg.

"I can draw you a map. There are other precautions I feel we should take." Hershel said in a serious tone.

"Like what?" Carol asked.

"There's no telling how long it'll be before Y/n and her group return. Wouldn't it make send for us to separate the most vulnerable? We can use the administration building. Separate office, separate room." Hershel suggested.

"Who is the most vulnerable?" Glenn asked, there was something off about him. He seemed to be sweating a lot.

"The very young." Hershel said.

"What about the old?" Glenn asked with his arms crossed over his chest.

...

"Glenn?" I asked as I walked into our shared room. He was sitting in his bed hunched over mumbling to himself.

"Don't" He groaned out as he held up his hand. I looked at with concern as I wanted to walk over to him. "Don't come in." He breathed out. His voice weak and soft,

"What is it?" I asked as I uncomfortably stood at the doorway.

"I have it." Glenn mumbled to me. My heart dropped, we need to go get the medicine soon and fast.

...

"Son of a is about a quart low" Daryl grunted as he was checking the gas to one of the cars.

"Just fill it up" I groaned as I stood impatiently leaning on one do the cars. I said goodbye to Glenn and I was afraid he could die on me.

"You still keep it in the bottom tower three?" Michonne asked.

"Yeah" Daryl nodded.

"I'll go get one" Michonne said as she wiped off her hands on her jeans.

"Hey. I'm glad you're here" Daryl said he passed a quick glance to me. I knew they were talking about me.

"Where else would I be?" Michonne asked as she started to walk backwards.

"Running off." Daryl said as he looked down. This conversation was getting way too much. I walked towards the fence to try and cool off a little.

"Y/n!" I heard someone call. I looked and I saw Alex coming after me. I groaned slightly. Now was not the time.

"Alex please no" I say on the verge of tears trying my best not to have a mental breakdown.

My husband was sick and he could die, I'm having a baby, we're not leaving fast enough and I'm being cornered by a guy who won't leave me alone.

"What? I heard your having a baby" Alex said as he looked down at me with a hurt expression.

"Yes I am" I said as I put my hand on my head trying my best to remain calm.

"Great" He mumbled before he walked away. I didn't have time to deal with his bullshit.

I walked back to the car hoping they work stop jerking eachother off so we could get on the road. I huffed over doing my best not to freak out on anybody,
