6. USJ

It had been four days since your break down during hero training class. And you haven't been to school since.

Aizawa was getting worried. The timing was too odd for that to just be a coincidence.

He sighed as he marked you absent again in the attendance bubbles.

"Okay everyone" He said a she put away the attendance. "Today is our trip to the USJ, so please go get changed into either your hero suits or your gym uniforms."

Everyone left the room to go get changed, leaving Aizawa behind to sort out the room before going.

As he was about to leave the door to the classroom opened. He looked up to see you standing there, looking around confusedly at the almost empty room.

"Are we not supposed to be here today?" You asked.

"Um" Aizawa blinked at you. He was not expecting for you to come in today, especially looking as if you were completely fine. "We're going to the USJ, everyone is in the locker rooms right now."

"Oh" You nodded as you started to turn around. "I'll go to the locker room too then."

"Wait, L/n" He said to stop you. "Are you okay? You were out for a few days."

You nodded your head. "Yeah, I was sick so my mother kept me home."

Aizawa couldn't tell if that were the truth or something that you were told to say.

"Are you sure?" He asked. "You're okay?"

You nodded your head again and gave him a small smile. "I'm okay."

"Alright" He said as you left the room and went down to get changed.

By the time you got to the locker room it was already empty, so you rushed to throw on your hero suit before heading outside and seeing everyone getting onto a bus.

"L/n!" Yaoyorozu waved when she saw you. "I didn't know you were here! Come sit with me!"

You sat in the seat next to her which also happened to be right behind Todoroki, he was sitting in one of the sideways facing seats in front of you.

"Hi" You said to both of them as you leaned your head against the window and wrapped your arms around your stomach.

"Hello" Todoroki said back. "Are you alright?"

You nodded. "I'm okay"

No you weren't. You had just been locked in a small, dark closet for the past four days, only let out to go to the bathroom. You weren't even allowed to eat.

The last part was backed up by a sudden loud rumble of your stomach.

Embarrassing.

"Are you hungry?" Yaoyorozu asked as she reached for her bag that was under her seat. "I always keep these with me just in case I need them for my quirk."

She held out a couple granola bars.

You quickly shook your head. "No! I'm fine!"

You wouldn't even think about eating something without permission again after those four days.

Todoroki and Yaoyorozu didn't look convinced.

"Really" You said with a small smile. "I'm good"

They let it go after that. Reluctantly, but they still let it go for now.

Throughout the rest of the bus ride everyone was talking about who in the class would have the best chance of becoming big heroes because of their quirks. You heard your name mentioned along with Bakugo's and Todoroki's. The name Todoroki sounded familiar but for some reason you couldn't match it to a face.
