7. Hospital

You were woken up by muffled yelling coming from somewhere in the distance. Then you opened your eyes when you heard a door slam open.

"Y/n" Your mother's voice said. "Y/n get up, we're leaving."

You mother was using her cane to slowly walk over to you. She was limping but she still looked like she was in a hurry.

"What?" You asked.

You had no idea what happened. Weren't you just at the USJ?

You reached up and felt a tube going into your nose, and another leading into your arm with a needle.

"Get up!" She said louder once she finally made it over to you.

She pulled the thin blanket that was over you off your body.

"We're going home!" She shouted. "Get up now!"

You sat up and instantly felt dizzy. You put your hand against your head and closed your eyes.

"I don't know if that's a good idea" You said.

You felt like you were in a daze. Nothing felt real. Except for the slap that just went across your face, that felt pretty real.

"Listen to me" Your mother said through gritted teeth. "You're not even hurt, just get up before I make you"

You flinched when you saw her hand coming towards your face again. But instead of hitting you she grabbed the tube that was taped against your cheek and going into your nose.

"Why would they give you this?" She asked mostly herself. "Gonna make you fat again."

You felt the most uncomfortable sensation started at your stomach and going up the back of your throat as you mom pulled the tube out. Next she grabbed the needle going into your arm and you winced as she ripped that out as well.

Your arm started to bleed from where the needle was.

"What happened?" You asked.

You still felt like the room was spinning.

"You fainted." Your mother said as she gestured for you to get out of the hospital bed. "And now look at you, your makeup came off, you can see all the ugliness"

(by ugliness she literally means the bruises on her face that the mother caused)

You started to get out of bed but as you were the door to your hospital room opened again.

"Hello Ms. L/n" Principal Nezu said. "I would like to have a word with you if you don't mind."

"I do mind" Your mother instantly said back. "What kind of school are you running? My daughter got hurt because of you guys!"

Principal Nezu was unfazed. "Actually your daughter fainted because of dehydration and malnourishment. Which is why I wanted to speak with you."

"Well I don't want to speak with you" Your mother said.

"That's okay, I can do the talking." Nezu said. "I don't know if you have been taking care of your daughter as you should be. Y/n is covered in bruises, and this incident today is more than enough to raise questions."

"This is nonsense. My daughter is fine. The bruises are from this villain attack and she fainted because of it as well." She said. "No reason to question me."

Principal Nezu turned to you. "Y/n would you like to tell me anything? Anything at all? Have you been eating at home everyday and having water? Has your mother ever hit you?"

"Hey!" Your mother suddenly shouted. "How dare you! I would never hit my daughter! And of course I feed her and give her water everyday!"

Nezu tilted his head at her. "I thought you didn't want to speak with me? And I was asking Y/n anyways."
