In a special room, watching over the examinees, the teachers discussed what happened.

"Wow, the first place student didn't even have rescue points."

"He took down those foe villains like an ace. While most of the other examinees were running from the big obstacles, he stayed focused on letting the smaller targets get in close and then counterattacking. That kid is tough."

"On the opposite end, the fourth place student had only 1 villain point."

"Not the first U.A hopeful to take on that giant robot, but it's been a while since I've seen someone blow it away with one attack."

"But at what cost, did you see how badly she injured herself? If you ask me it's like her body isn't used to her quirk."

As the others talked, All Might couldn't help but focus on the last name that was displayed by Y/n. Yamiko?

The night after learning she was accepted into U.A, Y/n and Meeko walked down to the beach where All Might had asked to meet her. He was of course, in small form as she approached the man.

He smiled. "Congrats on getting in." He patted her head.

"Well, you helped with a lot too."

"Speaking of which, I didn't tell anybody at U.A I was training you or anything."

Y/n raised her eyebrows.

"Really, I wasn't any of the judges or pulled any strings. I was merely observing. You earned that spot all on your own."

Y/n nodded. "Thanks for telling me, it does make me feel a bit better." She leaned down as Meeko clawed his way up onto her head. "I was surprised to learn you were going to be a teacher suddenly."

Small Might walked a bit closer to the ocean's water. "School didn't want me telling anybody until they made an official announcement. It seemed like fortuitous timing, an easy way to find someone new for One For All."
