In which a quirkless teen doesn't mind the fact she can't be a hero, until the Number 1 Hero comes along and makes her life a mess.
"My life's never gonna be the same, is it?" F/n rhetorically asked.
Harlan watched his best friend pace around the room. "Relax, maybe it won't be that bad."
"Not bad!?" F/n spun around to glare at the other male. "Harlan, do you not understand how serious this is for me? I specifically told Hikaru when we first entered this relationship that I didn't want a kid. And now she's pregnant!"
Harlan pursed his lips at his friend's snappy attitude. As much as it bothered him when people spoke to him like that, he did think F/n feelings were valid. "I know it's serious alright? But I don't think it's the end of your world. You not wanting kids isn't what's bothering you. What is it?"
F/n dropped himself down on the seat by his best friend. "I can't be a parent! I can barely take care of myself!"
Harlan frowned. "You act like Hikaru wanted to get pregnant."
F/n shrugged again. He was lost. "Harley, a child." He reiterated like it couldn't be said enough.
"...You can sign over your rights." Harlan immediately regretted the words the second they came out of his mouth, but with the way F/n looked so hopeful, he couldn't bring himself to advise him not to.

F/n couldn't help the small gasp that came from his mouth as he held a baby girl steady in his arms. He cooed and reached a finger out to her. "...Harley...she's so tiny."
Harlan leaned over his best friend's shoulder with a warm smile. He knew it. "Well yeah, babies are usually pretty small."
"Did Hikaru name her yet?"
"Nah," Harlan sat next to the h/c haired male. "She's passed out right now, but a nurse told me she offered for you to name the kid." He watched his friend smile at the baby, he wasn't sure he was heard. "It's too bad." Harlan abruptly stood and pulled the baby girl out of F/n arms.
