Pompeii was a beautiful place, with its many statues to the stunning architecture it was a pleasure to look at. Though for the moment you need to focus yourself on a more important matter. You needed to quickly form a plan to save Illuso, but this was going to be hard. Purple Haze's virus is going to be the cause of his death. But perhaps in that second before purple haze hits him with the final blow, you could use Formaggie stand to cut and shrink Illuso down to pocket size, while your stand could take the place of Illuso and show the illusion of Illuso dying from the virus to Giorno and Fugo. It would be tough, but you had fate. Only problem being you had to find Formaggie ass and tell him what he needs to do. But right now that may be hard.

"Y/n are you alright, something on your mind?" Giorno hums softly beside you, nudging you with his arm.

"Yes I... I'm just thinking. Nothing for you to worry about." You sigh, looking over at Giorno before Fugo snaps at the two of you.

"Yes yes enough guys, listen our destination is about 100 meters ahead. It should take 30 minutes or so to get what we need hightail it back to camp." While Fugo speaks you keep an eyes out, looking at all the structures and statues around before you spot something shiny. Fosucing your vision you see the sapphire gem crutches you made for Formaggie leaning on a stone pillar to the side. It's a sign. Great! He's here, I'll just need to find a second where I can tell him the plan. Looking forward with a grin you freeze, spotting the mirror on the wall in front of Fugo where Illuso is going to drag him into the mirror world. Shit I wasn't playing attention and it's already going to happen! .

"Abbacchio, Giorno, Y/n. Eyes up." Fugo hisses under his breath, staring at the mirror you can only presume he just saw Illuso.

"Well that didn't take long..."

"How many?" Abbacchio chimes in softly, taking a half step closer to Fugo.

"Just one. At least for the moment. He's watching us from behind that pillar!" Fugo whisper, as both you and Giorno turn around to examine the pillar behind.

"And by that pillar, which one do you mean exactly?" Giorno speaks softly as he looks around, you can see the utterly confused look on his face.

"Open your damn eyes Giorno! There only one pillar there, how can you not see from there?"

"Fugo, you're definitely right about the pillar. But there's... no one watching us." Abbacchio whispers, sweat dripping from his brow.

"I know what I'm looking at damnit! He's closing IN!" Fugo's panicking, his breath increasing as sweat drips from his forehead.

"Fugo there nothing ther-" Fugo cuts you off as he turns around and points at the pillar, mumbling 'right there' till he sees there's, really nothing there.

"I- I know I saw him... the guy just came out from behind that pillar! I saw his every move with this mirror!" Fugo points back at the mirror to see Illuso slowly walking towards him. "W-what the hell?! There he is!! Look there, he came out!" Fugo points back and forth between the mirror and the pillar, panicking. Before it sets in, as Fugo looks back and stares at the mirror.

"Wait is he stalking in the mirror?... shit" You watch with concern as Fugo's chest rises and falls are a concerning rate, before his eyes widen and he points at the mirror. "He showed his stand, one of you attack-!"

"Hey, just take a beat! Nothing you've said in the last few minutes has made any sense!" Abbacchio hisses, getting into a defensive position you follow him.

"Is something the matter with the mirror, Fugo?" You ask dumbfounded, trying to seem confused but really you know everything that's happening.

"SHIT! He's coming in for the kill!" Fugo turns and pushes all of you out of the way! Screaming at you while his hand grips your shirt. "You HAVE TO GET AWAY FROM THE MIRRORRR!" Looking at the mirror for a split second you see Illuso, a devilish grin on his face. Holy fuck, why can I see him?! Is he going to drag me in too!! Shit this bad!
