                        Arly's pov

  I couldn't focus on the party and held onto Tiony like a lovesick teenager. It would be unfair to ask her to quit university and come and stay with me, so I had to make up my mind to go and visit her on a weekly basis. Sundays alone just wouldn't be enough, and I was angst about her leaving. My thoughts were all over the place as I began asking her if she was sure she didn't have a man returning home to, and she went away to where Serenity and Kady were standing. She stayed by herself rocking when they went to dance with their men, and I cursed myself for making my emotions overpower my senses.

  "I was just teasing you at the party, and I didn't mean to make you upset." I told her as we got ready for bed.

I did some additions on my phone while half listening to Mummy and Tiony chatting about her studies. Mummy didn't quite understand, so Tiony had to be explaining in a simpler term, and I had a big smile on my face all throughout. Jevaughn came home, and Mummy called him and gave him a plate while he winked at me and tapped his ring finger upon seeing Tiony.

  We went to look for All-purpose with Natty and I gave him ten grand to put with what he had accumulated from some of the others to give to him with half bag of rice, quarter bag of flour, and a gallon bottle of cooking oil. "Jah know, respect mi family. Mi appreciate dis a million. Thanks everyone, dis mean a lot to mi cause mi kinda feel a way thru mi caan get fi work yet.   "More fi come in, but thru we a reap di weed yah now, suh just put likkle food pon mama table cause yuh done know yuh affi eat." Natty tell him comfortingly.

"Give thanks mi don, heart a love." All-purpose tells him, and we left.

  Mummy was watching television in my living room with Tiony and Arlem. She went over to her house with him when Daddy and André came back, and I locked my doors and went to bathe. Tiony shower afterward, and we talked about her studies until she fell asleep. My phone rings with Cryptonite calling me, and I answered it quietly. "Yow?"
