Jo's POV

The next morning I woke up early, today is the last day in Monaco. Lando said that we are going to play some golf today with Max and Pietra, and then me and him are going out alone tonight to make it look like we are on a date. I grabbed my phone and called Charles, but he once again does not answer. I am really starting to get mad now, he is posting stuff all over social media but he ignores me. I scroll through Instagram and react to a few posts when I see a picture of Charles without a shirt and Alex in her bikini, they are KISSING! What the hell is wrong with him. I start crying. He promised me that this won't happen again. I screenshot the photo and send it to him saying 'glad to see you are enjoying your getaway!' I then switch my phone off and take a shower trying to calm myself down. I got dressed comfortably for the day at the golf course and tied my hair in a messy bun. I went downstairs and see Lando in the kitchen making coffee. "Morning" he says and I just keep quiet because I know that if I talk now I will start crying again. "What's going on?" He asked me and I look at him feeling the tears form in my eyes. I run over to him and hug him tight and start crying. He instantly hugs me back and starts comforting me. "He kissed her again." I tell him as I pull away from him. It took him a moment to realise who I was taking about butbonce he did I saw the anger in his eyes. "Jo, I'm so sorry." Is all he says embracing me in his arms again. "Why didn't I just listen to you? I am so stupid." I tell him. "Josephine Sainz, you are not stupid! You were inlove, which sometimes makes us blind to other people's mistakes." He says. We hear Max on his way to the kitchen and I quickly pull away from Lando and wipe my eyes. Max and Pietra walks in and sense the tension. "Is everything alright mate?" He asked Lando. "No, her fucking boyfriend cheated on her again." He says angrily and I look at him. Is he serious, I didn't want everyone to know that. "Again?" Pietra asked with wide eyes and I just nod looking down. She walks over to me and gives me a tight hug. "I'm so sorry to hear that, you do not deserve that at all." She says and I just smile at her. "Yeah, that dude is crazy if he lets you slip through his fingers." Max says. "Thank you guys." I say to them. We finish our coffee and then we go to the golf club. After attempting a few times to play with them and failing miserably, I laugh and gave up. I went to sit with Pietra in the sun and she ordered cocktails for us.

After boys finished we go back to Lando's apartment, I was really tired. We all got something to eat and then fell down on the couch and watched a movie.
After the movie Lando told me to start getting ready. I went to the room to take a shower and get ready. After a while I was dressed and ready to go. I had a red mid length dress on and curled my hair. I walked downstairs and saw Lando standing in a black suit with a white shirt. Wow. That kind of took my breath away. I quickly shake the thought out of my head and walked towards him. "Wow, you look stunning." He said making me blush. "You don't look too bad yourself, Norris." I say and he smirked at me. He drove us to a really fancy restaurant and came to my side of the car and opened the door for me. "Thank you." I say smiling at him and he just winks at me. He locked his hand with mine and we walked in over to a table with champagne and candles. "Ahhhww Lan, you did all this?" I ask and he nods. I give him a quick kiss on the cheek. "You are too sweet, thank you." I say and we sat down. There were people all around us taking pictures of us. I was feeling a bit nervous and he noticed and took my hand, "don't worry about them, let's just enjoy the night." He says and I smile at him. He has a way of making me feel calm.
We ordered our dinner and drank the champagne while we waited. We were talking and laughing the entire time to the point where my stomach started hurting. Dinner arrived and I took my phone out and switched it on. I took a picture of the table and Lando, posting it on social media with the caption 'making me feel like a princess.🫶🏻' and tagged him in the post and put my phone away. We enjoyed our dinner and continued to drink champagne, which was going straight to my head, making me feel more and more tipsy by the minute. Lando then asked the waiter to bring the bill. "I think it's time to get you in bed, love" he says laughing at me. I roll my eyes at him playfully and laughed with him. On our way back to the apartment I fell asleep.

Lando's POV

I had a great night and I am really glad that I could cheer Jo up a bit after the rough day she had. I parked the car and carefully got her out, carrying her into my apartment. I walked upstairs with her still curled into my arms, clinging tightly to my body. I gently laid her down on the bed and started to take off her shoes when I noticed she was busy waking up. "Sorry, I didn't want to wake you, just trying to get you comfortable." I tell her. "Thank you for taking care of me, Lan." She says smiling sweetly at me. "Anytime love." I tell her and as soon as the words leave my mouth, she kissed me. She quickly stops and pulls away. "Sorry." She says. "You don't have to apologise." I tell her. "Will you stay with me tonight?" She asked. "Are you sure?" I ask her and she nods her head. "Okay, let's just get changed into something more comfortable." I tell her and she agrees. I walk over to my closet and hand her one of my shirt to put on and before I know it she is taking her dress off right infront of me. I stared at her in awe for a moment but quickly turned away also taking my clothes off and putting on sweatpants. We got in bed and she cuddled up to me and soon after we fell asleep.
