"What happened?" Ghost sat up and saw all of his friends around him, they were all asleep as well.

Ghost looked around, trying to discern what had happened. Then Hollow began waking up.

"Ghost? Did we do it?" He asked confused.

"I think we did, look over there." Ghost pointed to a bench in Dirtmouth

Hanging around Dirtmouth were all vessels, now free of void and speaking to the residents. Some are fully grown, others on the younger side.

"The vessels are all free? That means that Shade is gone! We did it! Everyone wake up! We did it!" Hollow shouted.

Everyone began sluggishly sitting up, Ghost looked over the group and noticed that even Godseeker was there. Alive and well. It seems that it did work.

"We need to get back to Mato's house!" Ghost called, and everyone registered that they were just a few hours from Mato's home.

"What about her?" Reed pointed at Godseeker.

"Oro, you carry her," Mato called.

"What? Why me?" Oro complained.

"Because we asked nicely," Sheo commented softly.

"Fine." Oro walked over and picked up the trembling Godseeker.

"What are you doing?" She asked with a trembling voice.

"Someone is going to have to carry you. Might as well be me." Oro commented, removing his cloak, wrapping her in it, and picking her up.

The group began hurriedly rushing back to Mato's home, dashing so fast that they made the hour-long trip last half that amount. Mato burst through the door and everyone inside looked over and noticed the group returning to the house, joyous tears and reunion took place. Everyone was filled in on what had happened, as well as Godseeker began to take a liking to Oro.

"I am so happy you made it back safe." Acacia cried into Ghost's shoulder

"I told you I would, nothing could keep me from you." Ghost helped to soothe her nerves.

"So Shade is gone, what now?" Root asked.

"Well mother, all of our siblings are now alive and well. They walk the surface as we speak." Hollow revealed.

Root began crying, she had blamed herself for their deaths for so long. But to hear that all of her children were alive and well brought her to tears.

"Come on, let's all get back to town." Ghost motioned for everyone to follow him, and they all began making their way down to Dirtmouth.

Once they arrived Root took notice of all the vessels wandering around and more tears began to escape her eyes, the vessels took notice of this and all began crowding around to comfort their distraught mother. Root was overcome with joy and embraced her children without hesitation.

"I have an idea," Hollow began to make his way to the stage station.

"Where are you going?" Ghost asked.

"I'm going to summon all the vessels to the palace, there we can have a true reunion," Hollow said, Root overheard this and hastily made her way to the stag station with Hollow.

"We are going to go back to our home. It was quite the adventure Ghost, do stop by again sometime." Mato said.

"I wish you and Shella well, I do plan on seeing you all again. And you can expect an invite to the wedding, I can't wait to introduce you to my children as well." Ghost was unaware that Acacia heard him mention the wedding.

"I should begin making my way home as well. Much to do." Oro said, Godseeker tugged on his arm.

"Would you mind if I... Came with you?" She asked timidly, Oro blushed and scratched the back of his head.

"Uh... Sure, the company would be appreciated." The two began making their way to Oro's home at Kingdom's Edge.

"We'd love to go with you two but we have to attend to our home. I promise that once we have the house situated, we will be back. Don't want to miss the birth of our grandchildren." Ivy said, she and Thorn hugging Clover.

"Take care of my daughter, and those kids Reed," Thorn said sternly.

"I promise sir, it was a pleasure to meet you." Reed nodded his head and began to walk Clover to the station.

"Do you two plan to accompany us to the palace?" Ghost asked Hornet.

"We'd like to, but we need to get the kids home first. We will visit you soon Ghost, take care." Hornet said, hugging her brother.

"Can't wait to see you again friend." Quirrell nodded and the five of them made their way to the station.

"Daisy, I need to ask you this. Would you come back to the Mantis Village with me?" Ash asked.

"Ash, sweetie I would love to. But I need to make sure my kingdom is going to be alright first, I promise that when I get everything settled I will come back to you." Daisy kissed Ash softly.

"Don't take too long okay?" Ash said in response, kissing back.

"What will you three do?" Hollow asked Haley.

"I think we're going to go back to the Mantis Village with Clover. Now that Shade is gone it'll be safer." Haley said.

"Very well. I wish you three the best." Hollow took a bow as the pillbug family walked into the station.

"Are you going with your cousins?" Ghost asked.

"Of course not dummy! I'm going home with my husband." Acacia kissed him.

"Wait, how did you know I was going to ask?" Ghost said shocked.

"I overheard you talking about it to Mato." She said plainly.

The groups all split off into their respective stags, Reed, Clover, Ash, Haley, Stan, and Markus got on the stag to the Mantis Village. Daisy, Oro, and Godseeker took the stag to the Kingdom's edge. Hornet, Quirrell, and their kids took the stag to Deepnest. Ghost, Acacia, Hollow, and Root took the stag to the White Palace. When they arrived at the white palace, Hollow walked inside and made his way to the throne room. Sitting down he summoned a messenger.

"Summon all the vessels to the pale court. A reunion is in order." Hollow commanded.

"And who gave you permission to be ordering my servants around Hollow?" A voice said from across the room

"Who are you to speak to me that way?" Hollow demanded.

"You're father." Wyrm walked through the door at the end of the hall.
