I walked along the shoreline of the beach, looking over the horizon and into the never-ending sea before me.
It's crazy how just a simple little child could illustrate something this amazing.
It's got a beachy atmosphere as well. Uh, excluding the other random people you'd find at a usual beach, it's got everything else.
Now that I think about it, is this a tropical island?
Coconut trees, wild berries, a random bar that for some reason doesn't serve alcohol.
Hare is just amazing!
Heh, maybe I should start paying more attention to her. She is my daughter, after all.
... Uhh, one question. Where is she?
I look all around...
But the only thing I manage to spot is Lilith thundercunting a crab into the ocean...
Where did she go?
I just realized that there was no constant nagging. Did Hare disappear?
I shook my head and went up to Lilith for answers. ''Hey, Lilith?''
The white-haired woman looked at me. ''Yes?''
''Have you seen Hare anywhere?'' I inquired.
... She looked at me a bit confused...
''... The childish demonic entity that greeted you when you first got here?'' I specified further.
I could spot the eureka moment on her face the moment she realized who I was talking about. ''Oh! The little girl, right?''
''Correct.'' I looked around yet again, but couldn't spot her. ''Have you seen where she went?''
Lilith shook her head. ''No, but she did say she was going out for a while.
... Eh?
''Here.'' She pulled out some paper. ''She even left a note for you.''
I took it.
. . .
''What could this possibly mean, I wonder.'' Lilith tilted her head. ''I mean, she quite literally disappeared after handing it to me.''
. . .
''Watch out, there's a Doro next to you.''
''Heh!?'' Lilith immediately spun around.
