Chapter 8: Pilgrimage

Who is screaming?

''Commander!''

You wake up to a raging headache, and a concerned Rapi right in front of your face.

She is rummaging through your pockets, trying to find something.

But why is she doing that?

Why does your head feel warm? What's happening here?

You turn to your side to get another read on the situation.

''A-Ahh! Y-Yuni~ Stop!'' Mihara tries to crawl away from a very aroused Yuni. ''Y-You already had your reward! You need to st-''

''Mwahahah!'' Yuni pulls Mihara back with her incredible strength and plants her lips onto one of her scars.

'Those two are weird...' You think as you turn to the other side.

''WAKE UP!'' Neon slaps the shit out of Anis.

Anis, lying on the ground, tries to stop Neon. ''I-I'm awake! Stop it, you psych-''

''WAKE UP, ANIS!'' Neon proceeds to turn Anis over, so she is laying on her face, and then slaps her ass.

''What the fuck...'' You mouth as you stare at the scene in front of you.

Hello. You're probably wondering on what is happening right now.

And, believe me. It is weird to write this without filling in the context first.

On that note, let me fill you in. I, The Author, will demonstrate what led to these events in the form of a flashback.

You and the group had just finished off an encounter with Raptures.

It wasn't a big battle. It ended in two and a half minutes.

But, considering the amount of walking this CRUSADE had involved, you, including Wardress and Counters, decided to take a break.

Of course, both squads accepted just because of you. You were the sole human of the team, and were quite fragile.

The sun in the horizon was setting, and soon enough, you'd need to fight in the dark.

The break won't be that long, since you'd probably need to go back to The Ark either way. It's too late to continue the mission.

So, you were sitting there. In between Yuni and Mihara. I think you know where this is going.

''Commander, when I had switched my pain sensors with yours, I could feel that your muscles were sore.'' Mihara commented.

''It felt great.'' She said with a smirk. ''Mind if we switch again?''

Somebody grab a knife-

''Commander~'' Yuni hugged onto your waist tightly. ''When we left, I noticed your eyes looked sore.''

''Did Syuen make you cry?'' She asked, showing a bit of sympathy. ''Aww... That's just Syuen being Syuen. Don't be sad. I'll cheer you up!''

Yuni goes over and painfully squeezes your calf.
