If there was anything I needed was a huge donut that day. I visited Rowen's Cafe,they had the best. When I got in, I couldn't believe my eyes... Thandeka!It sure was her ...I quickly walked towards her at the till then poked her.

"Hey Chloe!" She gave me a hug. "Ahh man, it's been a while."
"Sure has been, you're back! When did you get here?"
"Three days now."
"Three days and you didn't come to see me friend?"
"Come on Chloe...I had to rest, I had a longest trip but I was here to buy you your favorite donuts then come over to your place. Ohh!See... here's my order" She grabbed the goldish brown bag, the bag that always brightened up my mood... DONUTS! She then handed it over to me then we went to sit on a free table that was not so far from where we were.
"Tell me about London, how was it?Did you meet Central Cee?You are glowing girl!"
"Iyhoo! So many questions."
"You were ignoring my texts, I heard you broke up with your police guy...you didn't tell me."
"I wasn't ready to talk about it friend" She scratched her nose, my eyes couldn't resist the sparkling finger.
"Girl...you married? What the hell! You didn't tell me you're married."
"I'm engaged Chloe." She laughed
"This is so beautiful..." I grabbed her hand. "This is the oral stone right...Mark Steven's collection from New York. Girl you have a rich man! This is expensive."
"What can I say bestie? He went all out for me."
"What's his name? Is he tall? I know you like tall, skinny and white men." We giggled then I let go her hand.
"He's all that you mentioned babe. You'll meet him soon."
"You brought him along...ohh my gosh I can't wait to see him. Still remember Chris? My other patient?"
"Yeah...the one who like couldn't walk?"
"Yeah, so he came to my place last night...he was walking."
"Girl,what!"
"I was as shocked as you are. He was walking and he brought me flowers to thank me..." I smiled and played on the table with my fingers
"No! You didn't!"
"It just happened so quick...he was so good. He even send me more flowers today and a necklace with a note thanking me for last night."
"So, you like him now?"
"A bit. I think Chris is a player."
"Baby,you won't know until you see for yourself." I stood up and grabbed by donuts pack then kissed Thandeka's cheek.
"You're right."
"Where are you going?"
"To get my man! I'll come to your place later...no you come to mine! Bye." I ran out of the cafe, got into my car then drove to Chris's place.
