All the demons have already gathered in the main hall of Lan (Demon) palace. Xue yang was assisting the servants .

Wangji was sitting on his throne . He was watching everything with a cold stare. No body dared to gossip anything about their new queen Wei Wuxian in the presence of Wangji.

After sometime , Nie Mingjue , Nie Dilruba entered the hall . After them , the Mengs entered . Liying was walking beside Meng Yao. Meng Yao was holding Liying's hand . He had a warm smile on his face . They all came near the throne and greeted Wangji . Wangji nodded .

Wangji met with Nie Mingjue and started talking to him. Dilruba was ignoring Wangji . Liying was staring at Wangji .

After talking with Mingjue , Wangji came towards Liying. Liying's heartbeat increased. 

Wangji asked while caressing Liying's head like a big brother , "Liying ! You look happy . I think I took right decision for you".

Liying said while lowering her head , "Hm. I'm happy . Meng family treats me nicely and Meng Yao...takes good care of me. I think...your decision was right . Im trying to be happy with what I have got and not to fret over what I lost".

Wangji said , "hm. You have finally got some brain cells . You don't sound silly and stubborn like before. Xiang will get shocked if she sees you haha".

Liying chuckled saying , "Maybe I have really changed . I kind of missed mine and Xiang's fight. I'll go meet her".

Wangji nodded . Liying then left from there . Wangji decided to go and see Wei ying if he's ready .

Gu Xiang was busy talking with Lilian . She turned back on hearing Liying's voice .

Liying said while coming near Xiang , "Hey Xiang ! How are you?"

Xiang annoyingly mumbled , "This younger witch Nie is also here!"

Xiang said with a fake smile , "Hi there Young madam Nie".

"Or you should say Young madam Yao" , Liying said correcting Xiang .

Xiang nodded saying, "Hm right . Thank God you got married . Now I'm at peace. I don't have to fight with you everyday like before".

Liying said with a smile , "Hm. Well...I kind of missed our arguments. I used to get angry at first but now I'm..missing our fights".

Xiang said in an unpleased voice , "Hm. But today I'm in no mood to fight or argue at all. I just want to enjoy the banquet".

Liying said , "Right . Then... let's have drink".

Xiang was about to say no but Lilian stopped her. Xiang rolled her eyes and unwillingly agreed.

Then the three of them drank wine . Liying was talking with Xiang in a soft tone which was shocking for Xiang . Liying wasn't acting like the spoiled , stubborn brat like before . She was calm . Xiang was trying to get used to this change in behavior of Liying. She was only listening to Liying and was replying with a 'yes or no'.

After sometime , Xiang and Lilian left from there to go to see if Wei ying needs any help of them. While Liying went towards the Meng family and stood beside them.

Wangji was about to enter his room but stopped as he saw the door opening.

The door opened revealing Wei ying who looked ethereal in those magenta and pink robes . The jewelry, the hair pins , the light makeup....everything looked awesome on Wei ying . Wangji forgot to even blink or breath seeing such a beautiful angel Infront of him.
