It was Magic History. Bridget hated this class. What was worse was that Uliana and her crew had it with her. Atleast she had Ella! She sat down, getting her textbook out. She glanced around the room, locking eyes with James. He quickly looked at something else. Was he hiding her? It was irritating. She looked down at her desk, twiddling her pencil around. "We're going to look so cute at castlecoming, babe!" Malificent said to her boyfriend, kissing him on the cheek. Bridget stared at them, her eyes filled with envy. She wanted to love someone that way. "Okay everyone, settle down." The history teacher yelled. All of the VKs got in their seats. "Can i go to the bathroom?" James asked, already getting up to go. The teacher nodded while rolling her eyes. When James walked past, he threw a piece of paper on Bridget's desk. She was a bit confused on what it was, so she examined it. Written on it was, "Meet me tonight at our spot." She looked back at James before he closed the door and saw the grin on his face. She tried hiding her smile and held the note close to her heart.

The rest of the day dragged on terribly long. Bridget would sometimes pass by James in the hallway and she couldn't help but think about what they were going to talk about later that night. Finally the last bell of the day rang. She said goodbye to her bestfriend and ran up to her dorm, fixing up her makeup and smoothing out her dress. She wanted to be perfect. As she freshened herself up, she thought about all of the possibilities for that night. Would James say sorry for ignoring her? Would they talk about their plans for castlecoming? Her heart pounded with a mix of nervousness and excitement. Once she was satisfied with how she looked, Bridget left her dorm, trying not to alert anyone that she was sneaking out at such a late hour. She made her way to the enchanted lake, the suspense building with each and every one of her steps. When she arrived at their spot, She could see the pirate pacing, the soft glow of the moon hitting his skin perfectly. He looked up as he sensed her, running over to her and picking her up in a hug. "Hey cupcake." He said, putting his princess down. She smiled at him, "Hey James." He caressed her face, "Look princess, I'm sorry about today. You know how my friends are. I didn't want them to be mean to you." She frowned a bit, thinking about how hurt she was today. "I understand." She sighed, slowly moving his hand off her face. James squeezed her hand tightly, trying to reassure her. They both sat down, cuddling. "I know it's late. I just wanted to see you." He said, breaking the silence. She smiled and snuggled into him more, not saying a word. They looked at the scenery of the forest and admired how the lake looked at night. Bridget lightly shivered, cold from the late night. James took off his jacket and gave it to her. "Thank you." She whispered, smiling at him. She slowly closed her eyes, falling asleep on him. He decided to carry her back to her dorm. He stood up, lifting her up ever so gently. She was light. He slightly chuckled, carrying her past the bridge and out the forest. They finally made it back to the courtyard. He was almost there to her dorm. He stopped for a moment, admiring the way she looked. Her curly pink hair laying perfectly. She had a slight smile while sleeping. He kissed her on the forehead and continued walking. He finally made it to the outside of her dorm.
"HEY! COME HERE NOW! I CAN SEE YOU" An older man's voice yelled. Hook stopped and grinded his teeth, rolling his eyes and walking towards the voice, Bridget still in hand. This was not going to be pleasant for either of them.
