chapter-7 LET'S GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS

Michael's pov
I couldn't sleep that night,so I woke up and did some research on Lexi,so the woman who was with her dad is his second wife ,the first passed away but they didn't say what happened to her strange, even how Loren Coleman died is strange,what ever is going,on i have to get to the bottom of it , even how Lexi reacted when she saw mia ,it was as if she saw the devil in front of her,haaaa how am I now interested in knowing about her,sleep finally found me .
I woke up the next day and went for a jog not expecting what I or whom I found at the park.

Lexi's pov
I got discharged yesterday night,I couldn't sleep the nightmare came back,I thought of going back for therapy I think I need it again,I needed fresh air so I went for a walk until I found myself at the park sat on a bench and began to think,until.
"May I ".
I knew that voice,and I looked up,he was standing there.
" Sure". I said and pushed Abit away from him.
It was quite,but it wasn't awkward, though someone had to say something so he finally spoke.
"How you feeling?"
" Good thanks".
" And your hands".
I look at my hand remembering what happened yesterday and seeing mia ,I shut my eyes and reopened them .
" It well stitched".
"What happened between you and mia ?"
" That's non of your business".
" It is now,as her contract husband atleast tell me so that I can put her straight".
" Contract.... I thought you married her out of love".
" Love ...hmm I don't trust women who just love for money like mia , that's why I want a divorce I was forced to marry her to please my parents but now I realized it was a mistake".
" Good luck with that witch in your house".
" I don't stay with her ,she lives with her parents".
When he said that,I remembered the so called parents, which brought a shiver down my spine.
" What happened?"
I took a deep breath and said.
" It's a long story which I don't want to remember am sorry have a good day".
" Lexi please,I have to get to the bottom of this it's bothering me ".
" Get it out from your wife she will tell you everything ".
" I can't trust her words,but I can trust yours".
" Really... Is it because it happened to me ,the beating,the slapping,the shouting,the crying,the pain is that what you really want to know what I went through how I suffered living under my so called father's roof, haa!!!! I won't understand you people who don't have any problems,but have everything on a sliver plate".
" Stop right there". He said has he stood up matching me who was standing already , tear's were falling.
" You said don't judge people who you just meet ,well you don't know me for you to say that okay ".
" Okay fine,so you only want to know what happened . what's happening to me is am losing it okay I lost both of my mothers ,those monsters killed my mother took everything away from her and .... And she killed herself and left me ,now I took my second mothers life away from her , it's my fault I broke that family,Edward and James hate me I .... I sliced her wrist she went in the hospital and never came out it's all my fault everything is.
And suddenly I felt my body lean against his has he wrapped his arms around me.
" Am sorry",he said.

Michael's pov
I don't know what got into me ,I hugged Lexi out of nowhere,I caused her more pain,I made her cry because I wanted to satisfy my own needs forgetting the pain that would bring her, she cried and cried until she started sobbing.
" Are you satisfied?"
" What".
" You finally got things out of me happy now",Lexi said has she step back.
" Look am sorry I shouldn't have".
" Just live me, let me be ".
She said and began to live ,and I couldn't do anything but stand there.
Atleast I got to the bottom of things now next step eliminate.
