***Amaya's POV***
It was a straight shot to catch up with The Sunny. I was thankful for clear weather and my friends all being loud people, or else it would have been near impossible to find them on the open seas.
I arrived at Zoe, having a generally easy time gaining access to the city with my plane. After I landed, I flashed around to find the Straw Hats. The first person I saw was Chopper, so I wrapped him up in a huge hug.
"AHH! Oh! Ama!" He went from fearful to joyful in a span of three seconds.
"Ama!? When did you get here?" Nami asks before giving me a hug as well.
I smile, putting Chopper back down. "Just now. What'd I miss?"
"Ama-swannn!" Sanji noodle danced over before kneeling in front of me to grab my hand. "Did you have a safe flight?"
I chuckled at his silliness before ruffling up his hair. "It was nice and quick. What's been going on around here? It looks like it's been attacked." I state, seeing that the main town was destroyed on my way in.
They filled me in on all the details of Jack, and the destruction that he caused her on Zoe. Chopper was livid about the poison that was used as a weapon against the mink tribe as a whole. It appears I missed a lot.
It wasn't long after catching up that we encountered pirates on behalf of Big Mom; however, it wasn't what I was expecting.
Pekems groveled on the ground, tears in his eyes as he warred within himself.
"Mama gave three orders. The first was to capture Caesar, but the others won't be too pleasant. It might even mean the end of the road for the Straw Hat crew. So go ahead and get going. I'm callin' it. I'll just say I let you guys get away."
"You better choke down those feelings if ya know what's good for you." Bege spoke to the lion, smoking on a cigar.
"Shut the hell up, new guy! I'm gonna take the fall for it. You don't understand the position I'm in. I can't do anything to the people who saved the lives of my friends and family."
Bege had angry veins spread throughout his visible skin. "Yellow-bellied rat." He spoke, raising his hand towards the kneeling lion.
Remembering part of his ability, I shot in between the two right before Bege let loose a barrage of gunfire. All the bullets paused within my body before dropping to the ground, courtesy of the smoke smoke fruit. Bege kept shooting for a solid twenty seconds before relenting in his assault.
The crying lion was knocked out with one of my senbon needles during the attack. I didn't want to risk any escalation from Pekems being awake.
"Woah, now." I speak with a frown. "You should be careful or else you might hurt someone." I state, turning to face the gangster.
"Why you!" Sanji snapped. "How dare you aim a gun at Ama-chan! Why would he try to shoot his ally in the first place?"
"What a monster." Brook comments on the scene.
"He may not look it, but this cat's got a major rap. Unfortunately, he let his emotions take over and gone soft. He ain't no good to me now. I'll finish the job." His nonchalant gaze hardened. "Look alive boys. Do your stuff."
A mini drawbridge opened up from his chest. Sounds of little footsteps echoed from the arena before mini men were jumping off the edge. Once they cleared the drawbridge they quickly grew into full sized men ready for combat.
"Whaaa! How?!" Brook questions in shock.
The three of us were soon surrounded on all sides by the green caped goons.
