Renjun and Chenle stood at the edge of the ballroom, observing the couples dancing gracefully across the floor. Haechan and Mark were lost in their own world, while Jeno and Jaemin seemed to share a private, silent conversation with each step they took.

Renjun glanced at Chenle, his brow furrowed. "So, are we supposed to date?"

Chenle shrugged, a mischievous grin on his face. "I think so. Maybe."

Before Renjun could respond, a familiar voice interrupted them.

"Excuse me, Chenle."

Chenle turned, his eyes widening in surprise. "Oh my gosh, Jisung! Where have you been?"

Jisung offered a shy smile. "Busy being a prince too, but I was studying in another country."

Chenle's jaw dropped. "So that means... oh my gosh."

Jisung took a deep breath, then asked, "And I was wondering if you'd like to dance with me?"

Chenle's face lit up with a smile. "Yes, but only if Renjun doesn't mind."

Renjun laughed, shaking his head. "I'm not your father. If you don't go dance with him, boy, you're missing out."

Chenle beamed and took Jisung's hand, allowing himself to be led to the dance floor. Renjun watched them go, a small smile playing on his lips.

He was lost in thought when a voice brought him back to reality.

"Hey, I'm Prince Yangyang. I was wondering if I could accompany you tonight?"

Renjun turned to see a handsome stranger with a warm smile. He felt a flutter in his chest but tried to play it cool. "I wouldn't mind that."

Yangyang offered his hand, and Renjun took it, feeling a surge of excitement. They moved to the dance floor, joining the others in a sea of swaying bodies and soft laughter.

As they danced, Renjun couldn't help but steal glances at Yangyang, feeling a connection that was both new and comforting. The night was full of surprises, and he was ready to embrace whatever came next.
