Chris and Frankie have been friends for a long time and always there for each other, especially when it comes time to graduate, and they both want to go to Los Angeles. Chris wants to act, and...
The news of Chris and I getting engaged broke fast in the entertainment world, but we didn't let anyone know anything. He was away filming for a year on the movie and I was on a European tour that lasted 9 months. We always had people wondering about our wedding, where it was going to be who was all be invited but Chris and I knew we wanted to keep all of it very private.
We knew what we were doing and what was happening and that's all that mattered.
I was in the bridal suite at the hotel getting ready with Carly, Shanna, Lisa and my mom, Martha.
I was in a white dress, the classic wedding look. Big skirt, belt around the waist with a diamond broach and with a strapless top.

"You look amazing." Lisa said once I was zipped in the dress.
"I love the dress, I can't believe you didn't want to get a shorter dress for the reception though." Shanna said and I smiled.
"Well, the skirt on this detaches to a shorter dress for the reception." I said and everyone laughed.
"You would go for comfort and not wear the heavy dress all night." Carly said and I nodded.
"Damn right." I laughed.
As we all finished getting ready, I knew we needed to get down to the ballroom, it was almost time for the wedding. I was about to marry the only man I had ever loved, and I couldn't imagine my life any better.
"Ready?" Martha asked and I nodded.
We left the room and headed downstairs to the ballroom of the hotel we were getting married in. We knew paparazzi was outside so the hotel staff was amazing keeping them way and not able to get inside. Once I got to the ballroom everyone was inside and seated. I knew after the ceremony it would be converted for the reception once everyone went to have their cocktail hour and we did photos.
The double doors were closed after Lisa and my mom were escorted to their seats. I walked up to my dad, and he smiled.
"You look beautiful." He said.
"Thank you, dad." I said and he kissed my cheek.
"You ready?" He asked and I nodded with a smile. I wasn't even nervous. This was what I wanted, and I knew it was the right move in my life. As the double doors opened, and the wedding march started to play my eyes instantly locked on Chris's and the rest of the world disappeared.

We were married! We were Mr. & Mrs. Evans! We were here, where we were always meant to be! The ceremony was amazing and beautiful, the pictures we took afterward would be amazing and some of the best photos and now we are at the reception finishing up our dinner. Chris was pulling me to the dance floor, and I smiled as we started swaying to the song we picked as our first dance song. I had already changed the dress and everything was going perfect.
"Hi." Chris said as we danced, and I smiled.
"Do I know you from somewhere?" I asked and he shook his head with a smirk.
"I think we're married..." Chris said, and I looked shocked.
"Are we?! Seriously?! Did it finally happen? Did the asshole who left me crying in a driveway come to his senses and marry me?" I asked and Chris just rolled his eyes.
"Never going to let me live it down?" Chris asked and I shook my head.
"Nope, you could have lost me forever." I said.
"I thought I did. I will never do anything to lose you again." Chris said as he leaned his forehead down on mine and we both closed our eyes.
"I love you." I said and Chris smiled.
"I love you more." Chris said as he passionately kissed me.
Soon the song was ending, and we were just holding each other. We didn't care music was over, this was our time, this was for us.

Near the end of the night, I saw the small stage getting set up and I smiled at Chris.
"What are you doing?" Chris asked and I just kissed him and then walked up to the stage, and a microphone that was there as my band got set up.
"Hey everyone! Can I have you attention for a minute?" I asked as everyone looked at me. We had invited our family, friends, and some of Chris's co-stars from marvel and other movies along with my entire band and backup singers which worked in my favor. "Chris and I want to thank you all for coming tonight and celebrating our day with us. It had been YEARS in the making but now that we are here, we couldn't be happier. But now, I have a surprise for my new husband..." I said and looked at Chris with a wink. "Remember a few weeks ago when I told you I was working on something and no you couldn't hear it?" I asked Chris from the stage.
"Yes..." He answered skeptically.
"Well, this was it." I said and I smiled.
The band started playing the song and I was grooving to the music before I started singing.
🎵I was standin' with my friend When I saw you walkin' in And my heart started skippin' a beat I was tryin' to play it cool But I knew it was true That nobody would ever compete Well, first comes love and then comes First date, first kiss We were checkin' off the list Then you were gettin' down on your knee And you didn't have to guess It was always a yes Now there's two less fish in the sea Let's set the date Let's hire a band Let's cut the cake Tie up the cans I love the ring of your name You're the ying to my yang Oh, baby let's give it a shot Every wall needs a frame Every ball needs a chain I'm talkin' about tying the knot Tie it up , mmh Something old, something new Something borrowed, something blue And the chairs lined up in the yard The I do's and the kisses From a Miss to a Mrs Can't wait for forever to start Let's set the date Let's hire a band Let's cut the cake Tie up the cans I love the ring of your name You're the ying to my yang Oh, baby let's give it a shot Every wall needs a frame Every ball needs a chain I'm talkin' about tying the knot Tie it up Hey! Once I was finished the wedding guests were going nuts. Chris jumped up on the stage, dipped me as he passionately kissed me causing everyone to cheer even louder. When we broke apart and stood back up straight, he picked me up bridal style and started to rush out of the reception.
"What are you doing?!" I laughed.
"We are kickstarting that honeymoon." Chris said as he passionately kissed me again as we got on the elevator and the doors closed.
