X woke up that morning as usual, getting ready for work with a slow, uninterested fervor, when he suddenly remembered the events of the previous night. He blushed, the one thought he had formed during that interaction replaying in his mind.
He walked towards the door, passing Two, who was oddly awake. The green deity gave him a small wave, which he reciprocated.
"Four left a couple hours ago. He said he had to visit someone." Two called. X paused, hand on the doorknob of his front door. He turned to look at Two with a confused expression, and the demon just shrugged.
X sighed. "I'll see you after work, Two." Two smiled.
"See you soon, friend!"

Four teleported himself into Eight's station, where the usual gray demon was replaced by one of the many Zero twins. The snowy demon waved at him to proceed, their attention focused on the book in their hands.
Four walked down the isle of cells, stopping at Six's. The ghost was laying on the floor, staring up at the ceiling with a blank expression.
"Well, aren't you bright." Four commented dryly, leaning against the barrier. Six closed his eyes, groaning.
"It's so boring in here. I want to do something exciting. Or fun. Or visit Nine." Six's blue-ish wisps flared up in agitation, making the ghost look more like a pale blue fire.
Four chuckled. "And your idea of fun is?"
"Pushing people into lakes. Exploding houses. Going shopping with Nine. Literally anything with my fiance." Six responded back boredly, rolling over on their side to stare at Four.
Four hummed in acknowledgement. "I have a proposal. You'll risk losing your memories, like I did, but if One decides to grace you with your memories, then you'll be able to visit Nine as much as you please."
Six's eyes widened slightly in interest. "I'm all ears."
