Summary: it's your first Christmas together as a married couple and you have a surprise for your new husband and his son, Jack.

Warning(s): None, just fluff :)

---

"Hey Jack, do you want to put the star up on the tree?" You ask your new stepson, Jack, as he reached for you to pick him up. "Yes!" He squeals excitedly as you picked him up and held him high as he placed the star on top of the tree.

Your husband, Aaron Hotchner, smiled as he watched the two of you. This was what he loved about you. You were so great with Jack from the very start that he knew you were the one. He knew about your past marriage with a man who treated you horribly, and when you two first met, you had no idea what kind of man this was, but you were so glad you got to know him before finally letting him in.

Aaron was who you should've married in the first place, and now that it was official, life was going exactly the way you hoped it would.

You put Jack down and high fived him. "Let's eat breakfast before we start the festivities, okay?" You tell him and he nodded quickly. "Wash your hands first, buddy." Aaron reminded him, and Jack sped out of the room, making you and Aaron laugh.

He walked over to you with a big smile on his face, and pulled you in. "How did I get so lucky, Mrs. Hotchner?" He asks, and you blush deeply. "The real question is, how did I get so lucky? If it wasn't for you, Aaron, I'd still be stuck in a terrible marriage." You reply as he gave you a sweet kiss. "Well, I'm glad you left it. Now, you're mine." He grins as he began to tickle you.

You start laughing, "Aaron, st-stop!"

"My hands are washed, let's eat!" Jack exclaimed in the doorway, and the two of you stopped but the smiles never left either of your faces.

"Alright, let's eat."

-

"That was good, Y/n." Jack tells you and you hug him. "Aw thanks Jack. It was my mother's recipe. Go ahead and go to the living room with your dad. I'm going to clean up-" "No, no, let me clean this up for you, babe." Aaron offers, kissing your head as he began to grab the dishes.

You were a little surprised, although you shouldn't be. Aaron's always been helpful. "Okay. Let's go watch some TV while your dad handles the kitchen." You say to Jack, and the two of you walked out of the room.

Little did Jack and Aaron know, you were hiding something. You couldn't say it yet because they were gifts for each of them.

As soon as Aaron was done with the dishes, he walked out of the kitchen and into the living room. You and Jack were cuddled up on the couch, watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas. "Don't you two look cute."

You giggle as he went in for a kiss.

"Wanna do presents now or do you want to wait until later?" You ask, and that got Jack's attention. "Can we do it now?" You smile and nod. The movie was left unpaused as you three wanted to keep it going in the background while you all opened your presents. Jack and Aaron were down to their last presents and with this, you were very anxious for them to be opened. It had your surprise in each of them.

"Open them, open them!" You say as you set aside the gifts the boys gave to you. "Someone's excited for us to open these." Aaron chuckled as he and Jack opened their gifts at the same time. Jack held up a shirt that read 'World's Best Big Brother' while Aaron held up a frame along with a picture of yourself holding your stomach and a text above it, saying "We're pregnant! :)"

Aaron looked at you in shock. "Is this real? You're...?"

You laugh, "Yes it's true, Aaron." You turn to Jack with a beaming look, "Jack, you're going to be getting a sibling."

"Really? Cool!" Jack got up and hugged you tightly. You weren't expecting that kind of reaction. Most kids would just shrug it off, but Jack was different. He was excited. "I can't believe this. We're having a baby!" Aaron laughs as he met you in a kiss and embraced you. Jack joined in as the movie continued playing in the background.

It was the most perfect Christmas ever.
