Summary: You and Derek broke up in an explosive fight, but how long will that last?

Warning(s): Profanity, a little bit of smut

---

"You know what, Derek? Fuck you!" You scream in anger as you began to pack your bags. "Oh you'd like that, wouldn't you Y/n? Just like how you fucked somebody else!" He shot back, and tears were already streaming down your face. You never cheated on him. In fact, you don't really speak to anyone outside of the team so how did this even come into conversation?

"I told you, I didn't fuck anyone else!" You sobbed, and Derek laughed coldly. "That's not what I was told. Pack your fucking bags and get the fuck out of my house."

"Believe what you want, Derek, but only I know the truth, and the truth is, I deserve a better boyfriend who doesn't fucking believe everything someone says, especially when it's a fucking lie with no fucking evidence!" You finished packing your stuff and headed out the door before turning around and flipping him off, before getting into your car and driving away.

Derek kicked the wall in anger and didn't realize he was crying too until he touched his cheek. He decided to cool off by going to sleep.

Meanwhile, you were driving, a little madly, but not speeding, and you finally pulled over and broke down. This wasn't how Derek was in the beginning. He was gentle and sweet, and caring. He said he wanted to marry you someday. All it took was for someone to give him false information to mess it all up. After you calmed down, you went to the nearest hotel and checked in, which costed a lot for one night, but you needed to stay somewhere. You would figure out where to go in the morning.

After getting settled in your room, you went into the bathroom and took a shower. Once you were done, you changed into your pajamas and blow dried your hair. You took a look in the mirror and saw someone broken. You hated the situation you were in, but if Derek was the kind of guy to believe anything he hears, then that's his problem, not yours. All you knew was that you deserved better. You brushed your teeth after finishing drying your hair and got into the bed, and fell asleep.

At about 3 in the morning, you heard a beep coming from the nightstand. You grab your phone to see who it could possibly be. Of course, it was Derek. He just couldn't leave you alone, could he?

You roll your eyes and decided to open the text anyway, just to see what it says.

"Open the door please. I'm standing in front of the door to your hotel room. I had Garcia track where you were.-Derek."

You scoff, debating whether or not to let him in. He said the most hateful things to you, so why should you let him in?

"No." Was all you sent.

"Baby let's work this out, ok? I'm sorry for believing that you'd actually cheat on me. I'm an asshole, I know and I admit it. Please...let's talk about this.-Derek."

You sighed loudly, and walked over to your door. You had a feeling he wouldn't leave you alone until he got what he wanted. You opened it, and Derek stood there, his eyes blood shot from crying. Tears were still falling, and the sight of that crushed you a little. You've never seen him this way before. Maybe he actually was sorry.

"Come in, and let's keep it down so we don't wake anyone else." You whisper, and he came in as you closed the door and turned on the light. "This couldn't wait until the morning?"

"No. I-I woke up a little bit ago and I saw a text on my phone from the person who told me about you and he said he lied about the whole thing to break us up, and...guilt came rushing over me and that's when I knew I had to fix this. I looked at the time and figured you were asleep but I woke Garcia up and had her track your phone and she said that you were here and...look, I'm really sorry. I'll never forgive myself and I know you won't forgive me either. I just wanted to say that I was wrong and I shouldn't have said the things I said to you. I overreacted and I shouldn't have assumed. I shouldn't have believed it."

You sighed, as he walked over to you and caressed your cheek. "I meant it when I said I wanted to marry you someday, Y/n. I love you. I don't ever want to have this fight with you again. That wasn't us." You couldn't help but know he was right. This wasn't you nor him. This was your most difficult fight but he admitted his wrongdoings and you opted to give him another chance.

"I love you too, Derek." You finally say, and he chuckled softly, pressing his lips against yours. You wrap your arms around him as he placed you down on the bed. He began kissing down your jawline to your neck. "You smell good, baby." He mumbled, and you smile, "I took a shower before I went to bed."

Derek moved back up to your lips, the kiss deepening. His tongue begged for entrance as you let him in, exploring yours. You lifted up his shirt, and he took it off, breaking the kiss. "You sure you want to do this with other people sleeping in other rooms?" He grinned, and you giggle. "Fuck these other people."

"I'd rather fuck you, princess." He says, crashing your lips with his once again. Both of your clothes came off one by one until finally, you were both naked. "Do you have a condom?" You ask, and he shook his head. "No, I didn't think to bring it."

You questioned this for a second before realizing you didn't care.

"Just fuck me then, Derek."

He snickered as he kissed you once more as he entered inside of you, rocking your hips together in a slow manner. "F-faster, baby." You moan and he did what he was told. Moans came from your room, growing a little louder the more the bed shook, and people from other rooms were instantly annoyed by the noise.

The phone to your room rang but you and Derek both ignored it as you made love.

Eventually, you two did stop and had to hear the complaints coming from the receptionists, passing along other complaints from other guests. You two smiled at each other, knowing it was damn worth it.
