The futon beneath you was unusually soft. Too soft. So soft in fact, that it caused your heavy eyelids to want to open. You shifted a bit and as your eyes fluttered open they were met with an unfamiliar ceiling.

You immediately frowned.

What the hell?

In a flash, you sat up and looked around to see servants everywhere, their silent movements adding to your confusion. You sat in a plain room with no windows. The brown wooden floors and furniture were unfamiliar in every sense of the word.

Your eyes widened. Where were you?

The last thing you remembered was falling asleep.

"(Y/N)-san, you're awake?"

You lifted your head finding one of the servants looking down at you with concern. Her bright blue eyes were almost creepy as they looked at you with a quiet intensity.

"How are you feeling?" she said, "I hope you're not too lightheaded."

You tilted your head. Why was she being so nice? More than that, she knew your name?

You looked up at her, "I'm fine. Where am I?"

"..."

She didn't even attempt to answer your question, "Is there anything you feel you need? I can get you almost anything. Please don't be afraid to ask."

You tilted your head. Was she going to pretend she didn't hear you?

"The master intends to accommodate all of your wants and needs," she commented.

She turned to her left, "Please alert the master that she's awake."

Another servant rose and left the room.

The master?

Was she speaking about that man?

You mentally cursed. You still didn't know his name.

That quiet, posh, stuck-up jerk. Although, you did enjoy having him around.

Was this his residence?

You were snapped out of your thoughts when you heard her speak again, "Would you like some tea?" she asked innocently.

Before you could even respond, she began to pour it for you. You looked up at her, eyes wide with shock.

This was weird. You had never had a servant attend to you like this.

So the man really was a rich noble, wasn't he?

"Can I speak with him?" you asked.

"With who?"

"The master."

"..."

She looked down at you with an unusual expression.
The woman bowed slightly, her expression unreadable, before she left the room.
