"C'mon, Jake!! We're gonna be late!!!" Jade called impatiently as her brother followed her towards the cave. Her British brother chuckled lightly at her enthusiasm. They were going to see the Strider brothers again, and a certain Jade Harley was a little excited.

Even though they had seen them pretty much every day since they had moved here.

Jake looked out at the ocean. He noticed bunch of dolphins jumping in and out of the water in the far off distance.

He grinned. They were so cute.

His happy demeanor became confused as his eyes fell upon some odd thing a few hundred yards out.

"Hey Jade! Come over here for a second." He called to his sister, who was still running towards the cave.

Out in the open sea, a pale, flesh colored blob (white people flesh, to be exact) was floating around, seemingly getting closer to the shore. It could easily be mistaken for a couple of people (or one person that was on the chubby side) swimming around and having a good time if it weren't for the fact that it wasn't moving very much.

As Jade ran over to her brother, Jake removed his shirt, glasses, and boots and began wading into the water.

"Jake?!? What are you doing?" Jade called after him as he began paddling for the blob. He didn't answer; he just kept swimming.

After about 5 minutes of swimming, he had nearly reached it. By now, it was quite obvious that it was, in fact, two people and-

Jake froze in his spot.

Two very familiar boys were trying to paddle to shore. The larger one was unconscious, but clearly breathing. The smaller one was conscious, but struggling to carry his brother to shore. Both of them had somehow managed to keep their dumb shades on, and hadn't noticed the British boy (the unconscious one for obvious reasons.)

"WHAT. THE. HELL."

Dave looked up to see Jake floating there, a look of shock and awe and weirded-out-ness. He made the hand that wasn't supporting his brother into a peace sign. "Yo."

Jake continued to stare. "What happened? Why is Dirk unconscious? Why aren't you underwater?"

Pinching the bridge of his nose, Dave groaned, "Long story short, we drank a weird potion that made us humans, and Dirk almost drowned because apparently, humans need air."

Before Jake could retaliate, he heard Jade calling out for him. "JAKE!?!? ARE YOU DEAD OR NOT!?!?? FUCKING ANSWER ME!!!!" When Jake turned around, he saw that his sister was jumping around, trying to get his attention, and looking overall very pissed off.

Rolling his eyes, Jake screeched back, "I'M FINE, JADE!!! BUT I NEED YOU TO GO BACK TO THE HOUSE AND BRING ME BACK TWO PAIRS OF SHORTS AND BOXERS."

"WHY??!??!?"

"JUST DO IT!!! I'LL EXPLAIN WHEN YOU GET BACK."

He saw her raise her hand to the ocean, more likely than not flipping him off, yet it didn't stop her from racing back the direction they came for the pants and boxers.

"Why do we need your human clothing? It is clothing, right?" Dave asked confusedly.

Jake didn't answer at first, he just took one of Dirk's arms and wrapped it around his shoulders. He then motioned for Dave to start swimming.

It was only after they began heading for shore that Jake replied, "Well, first of all yes, it is clothing. We only need it because it is considered..." He looked for the right word. ".....inappropriate for a human to walk around without clothes, and I'm assuming that you didn't develop clothes when you lost your tail, did you?"
