The journey to the safehouse is mostly silent, with only the hum of the car's engine breaking the quiet. Jungkook keeps a vigilant eye on the road, his focus on getting you to the safehouse safely and as quickly as possible..
The journey has been long, and night is now falling, enveloping the surroundings in darkness. As the car comes to a stop near a lonely restaurant, Jungkook turns off the engine and glances at me.. The sun is just starting to dip below the horizon, casting an orange hue over the surrounding landscape.

He turns off the car and looks over at me, his expression serious. "We're gonna stop here for a bit," he says, his voice firm. "I need to stretch my legs and we need to fuel up."

The two of us step out of the car, the cool night air enveloping us as i make my way towards the restaurant. The building appears to be a quaint, standalone diner, its neon sign flickering in the gathering darkness.
The interior is cozy and somewhat rustic, with a few booths and tables scattered around. The smell of grilled meat and coffee fills the air.
Jungkook holds the door for me, allowing me to enter first before following closely behind. The restaurant is mostly empty, with only a few patrons scattered around the interior..
"Get comfortable, doll," he says, his voice still firm but softer now. "I'm gonna get us some grub."

Jungkook keeps a watchful eye on the other patrons in the restaurant while also stealing glances at me. Despite the seriousness of the situation, he can't help but soften a bit at my carefree demeanor as i enjoy my food.

He leans back in his seat, the ever-present tension in his shoulders slightly relaxed as he sees me enjoying the meal. "You eatin' well, doll?" he asks, his tone gruff yet affectionate.
He can't help but notice how adorable and almost child-like i seem in the moment, thoroughly enjoying each bite.
watching me with a mixture of tenderness and protectiveness. His own meal remains barely touched as his focus remains honed on my safety..

As i and Jungkook are leaving the restaurant and heading toward the car, im suddenly stopped by the sight of an old friend. I turn to see my old friend Josh smiling at me.
Jungkook notices the interaction and pauses, his body immediately tensing up, his protective instincts on high alert. He keeps a watchful eye on my friend, sizing him up and assessing the situation...Jungkook discreetly positions himself beside me, his eyes scanning my friend with a hint of caution, his body tensing slightly...

Josh chuckles, his hand gently ruffling my hair affectionately. "Yeah, it's my family's restaurant. I help out here when I can.Missed you a ton, it's great to see you again."
I smiled at him, he is a great friend and great student also. Once we're in a same project group after that we've been close.
As Josh hugs me and kisses my cheek, Jungkook's jaw clenches slightly. But he keeps his cool, his expression unreadable. He glances at me, watching for any indication of how i respond to my friend's affections.
He stands silent beside me, his arms crossed over his chest, his eyes narrowed as he observes the interaction between me and my old friend..

As my friend Josh moves to shake hands with Jungkook, the latter does something unexpected that takes my breath away. Instead of shaking Josh's extended hand, Jungkook wraps his arm possessively around me , drawing me closer to him..
"Jungkook," he says shortly, his voice calm and steady, but his eyes showing a hint of possessiveness. He looks at Josh's outstretched hand and then meets his gaze, his own eyes unreadable. In a firm, steady voice, he says, "I'm her boyfriend."

Josh looks surprised, his eyebrows raising slightly. He glances back and forth between the two of us, catching the protective tone in Jungkook's voice. But he doesn't comment on it, instead, he nods. "Nice to meet you."
