"Pascal... have you ever seen something that horrible?" I ask him.

Tears still drip from my eyes. I can't believe it. Those faces. They were unearthly. They were something I'd never seen before. It was terrifying. The houses were burned and look like mummified corpses. I've never seen anything so awful before. Pascal puts his hand on mine. I smile at him.

"Blondie... I know that was scary." Eugene says.

"Scary wouldn't even come close to what it felt like." I say.

"Yeah... I know. Those faces." Eugene says.

"I can't imagine what happened to them." I say.

"Someone can." A voice says.

I jump. Eugene jumps. I turn.

"Oh... hi Cece." I say.

"How did you even get in here?" Eugene asks.

"I have the power to do so." She fusses with one of her flowers.

She was really beautiful with her dark pale skin. Her pink dress. Her flowers on her hair. Her hair was braided and long. Not as long as mine but long for any normal girl. And her feet were even bare like mine. She looks around. 

"Nice place." She says.

"I'm sorry, who can imagine what happened back there?" I ask.

She points outside.

"Hector." I say.

"Let's just say princess, he knows a little bit about every horror." She says.

"Speaking of which, do you like him?" I ask.

She jumps.

"Excuse me?" She asks.

"I've seen the way you look at him. I say.

"No, no, no. I turned his men to pigs. We fought. It's not like I like him." She turns.

"Okay... but I'm always here to listen if you need someone to talk to." I say.
