It's been a month and life is steady, No crazy events, No drama.

Until....

"He's what?" Morgan shouts looking at the letter in his mailbox.

David sued them for 600 thousand dollars for his injury's.

"What the hell! Maybe I should sue him for my injury's" Scarlett shouts. "True baby, we could" Morgan replies.

He reads the note and huffs as he sits it on the counter. "He wants legal action, I'll give him legal action" Scarlett snapped picking up her phone and calling her lawyer. She files a lawsuit against him for sexual assault.

Morgan rubs her back gently. "We'll get it figured out, we always do" he assures. "I wanna kick his ass even more than you and Micheal did" she spat angrily.

She got a call back and their case went to court. David had only a tiny bit of evidence to back his case. Scarlett on the other hand had doctors notes, recordings of the phone call she made prior, and even his hard wood floors where her nails dug into them in an attempt to escape.

He was placed in a holding cell because multiple other women came forward and plead that they were also assaulted by him. He was done for.

Morgan kisses her softly as they walk out, Morgan completely dropped of his charges. "Your good at court, I shoulda hired you as my lawyer" he jokes. "I've done it a couple times" she replies hopping into the drivers seat of her bronco.

"Oh and, you should get your truck seats cleaned, so your not accused of murder" Scarlett teases.
"Yeah probably" he replies.

They arrive back home and Scarlett starts reviewing some songs from Micheal and Ernest. She waits patiently for a call about the case.

Morgan works on writing, so they are separated for awhile. Scarlett's phone rung and Morgan walked in hoping to hear news.

"Mmhm...thank you so much...bye" Scarlett hangs up the phone and jumps in excitement. Morgan match's her energy even though he didn't know the news.

"What? What are we jumpin for?" He asks with a laugh. "We won! David is in jail!" She jumps on him, her arms and legs wrapping around him. "I'm so proud of you baby" Morgan says kissing her softly.

Scarlett smiles as their noses rub together. Boots runs over and jumps on Morgan. "Oh boots, you wanna join the hug?" Scarlett says letting go of Morgan and Giving boots a hug.

Morgan smiles looking at his dog who was drooling all over Scarlett. "Ewww! Boots!" She shouts while laughing.

Scarlett walks upstairs to shower and Morgan is downstairs writing. An idea pops into his head for a song so he calls Micheal. "Hey man, you wanna help me finish this song?"

"Sure man, Caleighs not here right now so I've got time" he replies. Scarlett walks down and pours herself a glass of wine, situating herself next to Morgan.

"Hey Scarlett" Micheal says seeing Scarlett pop into frame. "Hey Micheal" she replies with a wave. The sun beaming through the curtain as she listens to the music.

"Alright this is what I've got, put the same pedal down on the same metal slung the same gravel goodbye high, burned the same bridges up with the same finger up she got out the driver side, so I know what never coming back looks like looks like she ain't ever coming back" He finishes and Scarlett thinks.

"It's usually me doin the leaving me doin the runnin" Scarlett suggests. "How fitting" He teases referring to their prior situation. "Don't know where's she's goin but I know a little somethin bout soakin up them good years" Micheal adds.

At this moment they were writing a song in seconds, the lyrics flowing in their heads without thought. After minutes the song was finished and ready to cut. "Wow, Thanks Micheal" Morgan says hanging up the phone.

Scarlett finishes her wine and takes her glass to the sink. "Wanna head to big loud? You've got stuff and I gotta record" He suggests. "Yeah sure" She replies throwing her purse over her shoulder and sliding on her cowboy boots.

She hops in Morgan's truck and turns up the radio dial. They drive and she sits down at her desk while Morgan is in the other room recording. She is set to go on Ernest's tour in a few months and she was excited.

She gathers papers for different venues and puts them in a folder, she writes down a basic list of roughly how many people would be at each concert and how much money they would make off of each one.

After that she put together a spread sheet for each of the band members and team members to read over before they left. After she finished she walked over to see how Morgan was doing.

"You keepin him straight Jared?" She asks. "Sure am" he replies with a laugh. Morgan can't hear them since he's singing. "Got everything straight for erns tour?" He asks. "I do, it's gonna be a good time" She replies.

"You really do hold this place together Scarlett, we don't know what we'd do without ya" He says, Scarlett smiles.
"That means alot thank you" She replies. Morgan steps out of the recording booth and smiles.

"Hey" He mutters sitting on the black leather couch. "Hey" She replies. "I need Ernest where is he?" She asks.
"He should be in his office" Jared says.

Scarlett walks towards Ernest's office knocking on the door. "Come in" he is playing his guitar when she walks in.
"I'm here to lay out your tour for ya" she says sitting her stack of papers on his desk and pulling out a chair.

"I'm sure your gonna make it great, you always do" he says sitting his guitar to the side. She takes a breath and starts explaining every detail of what needs to happen before they leave, and what will happen when they do.

Ernest listens carefully but can't take in all the information she's giving him. "Can you maybe give me copy's of this stuff?" He asks. "Of course! And do you have a stylist?" She asks.

"Uh, I didn't know you needed one" He replies feeling dumb. "You don't, but some artists do and if you had one I'd put their info on these papers" she explains.

"It's hard to understand but I know you'll do great" Scarlett reassures stacking her papers back up. Ernest's shoots her a nervous grin. "Any questions?" She asks.

"No ma'am" he replies. "Alright, we'll get this thing rollin in a month!" She exclaims walking out the door.
She walks back to her office and checks her email before walking to Morgan's office where she spent the rest of the day.
